Manual hand stretching pulling penis for 15 minutes left, right, down, up, and middle, usually coating with warm water.

Jelquing after wards w warm water and lotion for about 60 minutes average using OK grip alternating left and right hand strokes about 2 seconds each stroke from base to tip.

Kegel excersizes throughout the day, holding for as long as possible, and then as fast and as much as possible.
