Warm up in bath or rice sock - 5-10 mins

Stretches/shakes - 5 min

Standard Jelqs/V Jelqs - 10 mins

Stretches - 2 mins

Either, Another 10 mins or jelqs/v jelqs or a single 15 min pump.

Warm down stretches for a couple of mins.
