Shivalingam's Routine

I mostly stretch for hours. I put on my homemade hanger and attach it to a rubber bqand that is attached to a lanyard that I wear around my neck. I have measured the tension and I get a continuous but variable tension from 2 to 6 pounds, mostly at 3 sitting, 4 standing, and 5-6 walking. I wear this device like so at work all day. I remove it only to urinate and every 50 minutes for 5-10 minutes (usually coincidental to a urination). When I get home from work, I hang 4.5 pounds dead weight at present for about 15 to 2 hours depending upon wife. She does not know of this, so I adjust the time. I inspect frequently, at least every 15 minutes, usually taking a short break in which I jelq, squeeze, massaage, etc. I usually get in an hour of hang time.

I work 4 days a week and so I stretch for 4 days with hanging afterwards. On my days off, I stretch intemittently if I am out and about and hang one day usually and more I can. I would only take a one-day break if I could have time my way, but since I have to move my hanging time around, there is often two and occasionally 3 days a week of no exercise.
