Hey Guys!

So here’s my deal:

Late 30s
Bodyfat probably in low 20s, I have a good 25 lbs to lose, but nothing crazy.
I workout 5-6 times a week and eat pretty healthy.

Yet.. I have EQ and premature ejaculation issues and I’m pretty sure I know why. I’ve abused porn for years, poor masturbation habits, haven’t exercised my cock at all, and no kegels.

I got started on 9/28/15 with the JP90 routine, so I’m almost done with my 3rd week. I already notice improved flaccid length, more veins, and when I had sex last weekend my EQ was a bit better, but not my control, probably lasted 3 minutes. :(

I quit porn & masturbation on the day I got started. I do plan on adding edging (no cumming) in a week or so.

I came to this board from the other, due to HoustonWoods, he’s a real inspiration. I like the discreet name of this board and how there aren’t naked men pumping ADS all in my face. I do plan on becoming a contributing member in due time.

I’m on the fence with buying a Bathmate, but I think I’m going to follow in HoustonWoods’s footsteps with just manual stuff and eventually clamping. If I’m not seeing the results I want, then maybe I’ll revisit the Bathmate idea. I’m also doing this stealth and don’t want anybody stumbling upon a pump.

Here are my goals prioritized:

1. EQ and control
2. Kick my porn habit
3. Length and Girth growth
4. Losing weight around my mid-section (got a gut)

You will be glad you started a progress log. It will help keep you accountable. I could kick myself for not doing “before” pics sooner than I did but understand if you have hesitation with that. So many had requested some from me due to the great gains. Keep your routine solid. MAKE time for it. Don’t stress over it and just enjoy it and only measure every 90 days or so.

Today is the beginning of week 4 of JP90.

I’ve added in edging sessions for M,W,F. Unfortunately I blew my load today while edging. Man, I really need to work on my discipline. It was at minute 10 of 10, almost made it.

I haven’t seen alot of results yet, but I only have 3 weeks of no porn and PE under my belt.

The results I have seen are.. A better flaccid hang, slightly better erections, and more night wood. Nothing significant in these areas, but slight improvements for sure.

I’ll admit, after blowing my load today, I’d be a risk to quit if there weren’t so many great success stories here. I’m going to soldier on and simply get better.

I would get back on the horse right away and edge again. The more you do it, the better you will get at it. Remember to gently pull down on your sac if you get close to the pnr. The feeling will pass and then you can start stroking again. When you get really good at it, you won’t have to do that. However, that is a good tip for fellas new to edging.

Houston, I remember reading in your various threads that you kegel while jelqing. If I’m doing it correctly there should be a 2 pulling sensations going on at the same time, correct? With the jelq my hand is pulling it out out while the kegel is pulling it back in right?

You are spot on. I would kegel as much as you can, even when you are not peing (like on the phone at work or anything) so as to increase the strength of your muscles there. Mine are so strong I can clamp down and hold back a full cum. Yours will get that way, too, with practice.

Just finished my JP90 and edging session today guys. GOOD PROGRESS with my EQ and control.

I think the porn ‘reset’ is happening. I’m able to get a solid erection by simply thinking about my wife. This Friday will make it a month I’ve been off porn.

I’ve decided to add an edging/kegeling session after EVERY JP90 day (M-F). I haven’t mastered, or even come close, to experiencing what Houston does with his edging sessions. He seems to have orgasms without cumming. For now, I simply keep it to 10-12 minutes, and back off when I feel PONR coming. I focus on my breathing and I imagine being with my wife, where I focusing on her. It seems to be working. I would love to get MUCH better at this, takes time and I practice though.

Simultaneously I’m working on being in better shape too. I need to lose a good 25 lbs. Here’s my plan:

1. Intermittent fasting from 8pm - 12 noon (8 hour eating window)

2. First meal of the day is at noon (after a workout). This meal consists of beans and a green smoothie
Second meal will be some nuts and a vegan protein shake
Third meal is whatever the wife cooks (usually pretty healthy)

3. I read through this thread Fountain of Youth and I ordered these aminos. Looks like it will help with EQ, night/morning wood (currently not good), and overall recovery/weight loss.

Good progress man! You should see better EQ the further you get away from porn and have regular peing in place. More night wood and morning erections should also be seen with time as well. Having a positive attitude make such a big difference. It sounds like you are on the right track not obsessing about measuring. Keep up the good work.

:( Blew my load today in minute 12 of edging. I tried clamping down cause I knew it was coming, but it wouldn’t stop! Not sure if I “went too far”? Not good at kegeling? Or the PC muscles simply aren’t strong enough yet.

I really have to not ‘lose myself in the moment’, but stay in control and watch my breathing. I can tell I’m getting better though.

I slept more sound, didn’t wake up as often. It’s only day 1, but no difference with night/morning wood yet.

Sorry to hear about blowing your load. It takes practice. Pay attention to what your body is telling you. Are you pulling down on your sac when you get really close? That will allow the feeling to subside so stroking can begin again. Don’t get discouraged. This is really new to you and it takes time a practice. Your kegels will get there just keep working them diligently.
