Serenity73's Routine
Newbie routine with bundled stretches in place of manual straight stretches, and 20 minutes of ballooning in the end:
- 3 min warm up with wet cloth
- 15 min bundled stretches (10 sec. holds, changing twist direction after every 10s rep)
- 15 min dry jelqing (starting at almost 0% erection, gradually increasing to ~70% over the course of the session)
- 20 min ballooning
Ejaculation only on non-PE days.
