Serapham7's Routine

Start with a warm up. Then 50 wet jelqs then alternates a light squeeze at the base, middle and head area for about 5-10 seconds with an easy pulsing motion. Then 5-10 minutes on the pump. After that I do about 100 more jelqs pausing every 25 to do the squeezes mentioned earlier. Just started appling a cockring for aboutpiece 15 min to maintain the swelling. Have only been doing it for about months now and have gained 3/8” in girth and 1/2” to length.
