Secretagentmaan's Routine

I start with a very hot 5min warmup then get n hot shower and start stretcing mostly straight down to lets call it 8 o’clock i stretch for 2 min rest 1 i do this for around 10 min then i jelq for 10 min sometimes i throw in a clamp or 2 after i get out of shower i stretch and jelq for another hour sometimes more then i use a warm wrap till its cool
