Scraig77's Routine
Warm up - 5 min
Stretching: 5-10 Min
Mostly to the right, as I have a slight bend.
Under the leg/butt seem the most effective after I am warmed up. I get the most tension that way.
150-200 Jelqs
Then stretch in shower 5 min.
1/2010 - I have added pumping to my routine, but only 2 days a week right now.
1/2010 - Also added VacADS stretching for up to 2 hrs a day, low pressure, 3-4 lbs.
Very basic, but working very well for me.
