Scottbrand2003's Routine

Take hot shower.
Manual stretches (left,middle,right) - between the legs, Straight down, straight out, and straight up. Holding each stretch for 30 seconds each and repeat for 3 sets. Takes approximately 35 minutes.

Jelqing- 350 wet jelqs lasting minimum 2 seconds per jelq. Increasing 50 jelqs after 2 weeks.
