Hello!

First of all, I’ll be writing in a kind of not so serious manner, so expect some shitty jokes here and there.

I’d like to start doing some serious PE. I have been trying PE since new year. The first month was very erratic, I was basically pulling at my dick in all kids of ways in the shower, which really didn’t do any good. Then I found Firegoat’s custom made length routine, focused solely on length, which is what I am mainly interested in. That routine brought some organization to my shower-dick-pull sessions, but I’ve unfortunately pulled too hard and got my dick sore instead of getting it longer. I’ve been doing that routine for the second month of my PE career, but after that I gave up, because I did not see any difference.

Now I feel refreshed and eager to start again, this time hopefully with some extra motivation thanks to the posts I’ll be making.

I have decided to do my own thing with measuring progress and that is recording progress in %, my goal being 100% and my current size being X%. I find it more motivational, plus it also makes me special.

My current size is 16~ cm (6.3~ inches) NBPEL and something in between 13-13.5 (5.1-5.3 inches) of girth.
My long-term goal is 18 cm (7~ inches) NBPEL and 14cm (5.5~ inches) of girth.
(I should get some accurate measurements, I know.)
Length = 88.89%
Girth = 92.86-96.43%

I actually did some stuff today, so it’s getting pretty serious.

I started and planned out this small routine:

Warmup
20 nice, quality jelqs
1 60 second upward stretch (which should target the tunica that was worked by the jelqs)

I’m starting slow to get my dick conditioned for the more serious stuff. I’ll ramp it up by 10 jelqs every week till I reach 50 and then I’ll add long hold stretches. I’ll also stop watching porn and start edging, because a big dick is useless when you can’t use it for more than a couple of seconds.

Any advice concerning the routine appreciated.

Do you considers 50 jelqs serious? 200-500+ is IMO. 50 jelqs for most would take under 5 minutes. I would start at that.

The way I feel jelqs to be most efficient is when I have a nice erection level and they last about 10 seconds (give or take a couple of seconds). Actually the longer each rep is, the more focused I am, the best my erection level is and the better they feel. Take your time before jelqing at higher erection level.

Hand-over-hand @ 3 second strokes is the norm. If one feels that a 10 second clamp-like jelq at higher pressure is more quality then that is down to the individual. If OP is jelqing real slow and intense then yeah good idea to start slow like that.

Honestly, I don’t really have an idea what to consider serious, but I got the starting with 20 jelqs from the linear newbie routine. I just want to start out slow, so I don’t get sore or something again. I definitely prefer to do less, but ’better’ jelqs. I’m just not sure how to jelq though, because I’ve read that the OK grip can damage the urethra, but I can’t achieve the same pressure with the overhand C grip. I really don’t want to go see a doctor and explain that my urethra exploded because some guys on the internet said that dicks get bigger when squeezed hard enough :D

You are doing it the right approach way.

The C grip is harder to do and I personaly dont like it. Many people jelqed and never hurt their urethrea.

Just do it conciously and aware. You can focus the pressure more on the topside with regular jelqs too.
To reach an intensity where you hurt the urethrea it must be done very intense and unaware.

Of course the tissue isnt priamrily there to grow so the risk is always there with PE. But on the other hand the penis is a very sturdy piece of flesh. The important thing is to condition it for advanced exercises.

So just go slow and easy. This is a marathon!

PE has been pretty frustrating so far, there are way too much variables for my taste. Me being frustrated with life in general doesn’t really help either, but I’m not going to rant about that here, since it’s irrelevant and I’d just get called out for my stubbornness as always. Back to PE now. I’ve been doing the jelqs laying in the tub, keeping my dick heated by constant stream of hot water. The thing is, I have a big problem keeping that 70%~ erection. I’m either too soft or too hard. I have no idea if I’m doing anything of this right, but my flaccid seems bigger (2 hours after the PE session), so I’m just going to hope for the best.

You can jelq at different erection levels. Depending on the % you have to adjust the intensity.
Tendency is to jelq with less intensity when you are near 100%. Easing into everything new.

If you are too soft you can clamp of your dick at the base with your hand and try to kegel some blood through the handclamp.
Or jelq some little blood to the middle and then clamp off with the other hand to trap the blood.

Also if you cant get enough blood in then just stretch instead and get back to jelqs if yo uget to a higher %

There is also a learning curve with jelqs. Getting few focused jelqs is better then many rushed.

Give yourself at least 3 months of time with a routine before reassasing.
