I do Manual stretches basically any oportunity. With a total of about 2-3 minutes up, down, left, and right each. I do about 50 clockwise stretches also. I am starting with 10 minutes of jelqing a day, i will increase that as time passes. I am also looking into tryin hanging, and uli’s.
