On Days:

10 minutes clamping

15 minutes high intensity wet jelqs, 3 seconds long each.

10 minute clamping, with very light jelqs while clamped intermittently.

25 minutes edging

Off Days:

10 minute warm up

10 mins manual stretches

15 minutes low intensity wet jelqs, 5 seconds long each.

25 minutes edging
