Hey guys, 20 year old from New York

I’ve been lurking on the site for a good month now. Other than some light jelqing maybe a year ago, I haven’t tried PE of any kind yet. I was probably doing it wrong anyway. I’m eager to start but in all honesty kind of terrified from all these stories of guys messing their rigs up bad, I can’t let the little guy go down like that!

On that note I’m currently:
NBPEL -7.0”
BPEL -7.5”
EG -5.25”
With a goal of:
NBPEL -8.5”
EG -6” maybe 6.5”?

Looking for some beginners tips, maybe get this ship sailing smoothly? It can be anything from a simple tip to a full beginner’s workout. Any information I can soak up really. Thanks in advance, truly looking forward to this transition to a new life style.

Safety is usually a concern, so I’d start with the newbie routine START HERE ——-> NEWBIE ROUTINE <——- Important Newbie Info , focusing on form. 2 rounds of 30 second stretches and 40-60 light/medium jelqs and you’re nearly incapable of harming yourself. Then, use this: Physiologic Indicators (PIs) to help growth! to gauge whether you should go harder or ease up. Finally, do kegels! I’m convinced these are 100% harmless unless you do them all day or somehow load the muscle with weights somehow. This opinion is not unanimous but I see no possible mechanism of damage when isometrically contracting some muscles 50 times.

Goal: A sustained 7.7" by 5.8" during intercourse

Watch for the intensity you will apply to the penis. Most of the problems that could happen are intensity’s fault.

Intensity in this forum means grip tightness, pulling force, high pressure and high tension.

If you want to be extra careful, don’t do any stretches on the first 2 weeks. Some penises don’t accept stretching very well in the beginning.

Thanks a ton guys, your responses already make me feel at ease. I’ll definitely start it simple with just the light/medium jelqs. Also what’s the deal on dry jelqs, are they just as effective or should I avoid it altogether?

I know I’m starting at a good place, but who doesn’t want a bigger stronger pocket rocket amirite? I’ve read this forum I’m still weary of really going for it just yet. Keeping it super slow and steady.

This sounds like a good starter routine. You all seem to know what you’re doing judging from your signatures , great to see such a strong community! I’ll ease into it and let you boys know how my first two days on goes.

The saying is that dry jelqs favor girth gains and is more intense than wet jelqs.

Wet jelqing is easier to aprimorate the technique and easier to execute, be the person cut or uncut. Dry jelqing could show some degree of difficulty for an circumcised guy, for example.
