<font color=”red” size=”1”>After reading the forum I did decide to start slowly to try and avoid any injury and conditioning the tissue too quickly. My initial goal is to add 1” BPEL over whatever period it takes.</font><br><br>

<b>Month 1:</b> Started Aug 07 with so called “pre-newbie routine” for 1 month. 5 minutes warm-up, 2 minutes manual stretch, 5-10 minutes jelqing, 50 kegels, 5 minutes warm-down. 2 on, 1 off. <br><br>

<b>Month 2:</b> Sept 07 - Started newbie routine. 5 minutes warm-up, 5 minutes simple manual stretching, 10 minutes jelqing, 50-100 kegels, 5 minutes warm-down. Increasing duration over the month. 2 on, 1 off. <br><br>

<b>Month 3:</b> Oct 07 - Continued Jelqing and simple manual stretching. Minimum 12.5 minutes stretching, 20 minutes jelqing, 150 kegels. 2 on, 1 off, ocasional change to 3 on, 1 off.<br><br>

<font color=”red” size=”1”>Well back in August when I first found out about PE here on thunders I was skeptical as anyone. However, don’t pictures paint a thousands words? I have gained over 1/2” in the last 3 months.</font><br><br>

<b>Late Oct - Early January 08:</b> I started a new job and due to Christmas working hours took a “deconditioning” break from PE.<br><br>

<b>Month 4:</b> Jan 08 - Restarted with newbie routine for 1 month, as to month 3 with perhaps only 5 minutes jelqing.<br><br>

<font color=”red” size=”1”>Still the gains come on the newbie routine with what seems minimal effort! Having continued to read and learn, looking back I clearly had the signs I could be an easy gainer. A high LOT, high exit point and high erection angle all were good indicators that I could gain. I do now plan to move onto hanging having read up on the subject.</font><br><br>

<b>Month 5,6,7,8,9:</b> Feb 08 - Mid July 08. In late Feb I started hanging. As of mid July my BPEL is 7.1”. I have measured girth which has slightly increased to 5.4” MSEG (more at the base). Overall I was hanging for 1 1/2 - 2hrs per day and doing alternative days Jelqing. I will say given that level of time investment a gain of 0.4” over 5 months isn’t that impressive to me. I did find the technique required with hanging and the emotional input required quite difficult. Getting private time also became a problem. However, the main issue I had as I moved-up in weights was <font color=”blue”>discolouration</font>, for this reason in mid July I stopped hanging, although I may return to it in the future.<br><br>

<b>Month 10:</b> Mid July - Late July - Having decided to stop hanging in the short term due to <font color=”blue”>discolouration</font> I didn’t just want to totally stop PE. So for 2 weeks I have decided to do 10-15 minute stretching routines twice per day (morning and night) and jelqing on alternative days. I’m considering this a cool down period rather than just a complete halt to PE. I’m hoping this may squeeze any residual gains out of the hanging I have done. At the end of July I plan to start a 2-3 week decon break and will return with an advanced newbie routine. I have started using bio-oil and 1-2 hours tration wrapping to try and tackle the discolouration, this will continue into my decon break and beyond.<br><br>

<font color=”red” size=”1”>I think it is time to review my progress. In 12 calendar months and 10 months of PE I have actually gained <b>1.35”</b> in length and <b>0.15”</b> in girth, MY PENIS VOLUME HAS INCREASED BY 25% IN 12 MONTHS. While I would have liked quicker progress with hanging, I have to reflect on these gains as positive and beyond my expectations I set 12 months ago. I’ve upped my goal to 8.25” BPEL and 5.75” girth and feel I can reach these goals, but there still is much work ahead over the next 12 months.</font><br><br>

<b>Month 11-12</b> For August and September I continued the Newbie Routine @ 15 minutes stretching and 15-20 minutes jelqing. For the final 3 months of 2008 I took a break from PE (Decon +) due to external commitments.
