Rufus 20 4 7's Routine

-warm up for 5 minutes with heat source, some light stretching and heli shakes

-routine varies and lasts around 30 minutes, but usually consists of a combo of dry jelqs, wet jelqs, holds and orange bends

-hot shower for whatever about 10 minutes

-wrist wrap for 2 hours or so while doing kegels
