Hi all,

I really don’t remember how long I’ve been a member here but it has been years. I had started the newbie routine years ago then a little hanging and made some progress, mostly newbie gains.

I had made a progress report like this one, was getting support from the great people in this PEing community, generally excited about finally doing something instead of just reading everyone’s post.

Then life got complicated and I just didn’t have time to commit to PE anymore. Right about the same time, Thunder’s Place crashed, wiping my whole PEing existence from the planet.

So now I’m back, starting over from scratch with the right attitude “SLOWER IS FASTER”. That’s what I have to keep telling my self so I don’t jump right in trying to do to many things at once, end up with poor EQ or worse hurting myself. I started last week (12/9/14) with the newbie routine and that’s it for me for the next 6 weeks.

After that I’m going with hanging, I will have to make all new equipment as everything I had is gone, not that I had that much. I probably won’t have much to report at first but will keep checking in to update.

Only thing for me right now is, It would be a hell of a lot more convenient for me to do a 5on/2off schedule versus 2on/1off that I’m doing right now, but I’m not sure I should change anything about the newbie routine? Any thoughts?

Anyway started all new stats and have pictures but have posted them yet, maybe tomorrow.

Well yesterday was a rest day, everything seemed fine. Wife wanted some nut-cannon and my EQ was terrible, not sure why?

Maybe stretching with to much force. I’m going to try throttling back a little today, rest of my PI’s seem fine. Maybe the little guy is still getting used to PEing again or something.

5 min warm up (with a kick ass shoulder warmer I bought, smells like cinnamon every time you heat it up)
12 - 30 sec stretches round and round
2 min reheat
300 wet jelqs (trying erection level below 50%, going for length)
5 min warm down
Edging 15-20 mins

EQ sucks right now probably a 4, night/morning wood seemed better like maybe a 7

Last couple of workouts I’ve been doing a much slower Jelq, probably 7-8 seconds. I seem to be getting a much plumper post work out dick. I can post workout stretch to almost 7” now, so that’s improved in short time. Haven’t measured post workout girth but it seems bigger, not to mention my glands seem huge. I really should measure just to see how big the head is, surely around 5.75” maybe 6”.

I’ve been doing 300 jelqs this week but with a slower jelq it’s taking twice as long, I know Capt. Obvious here. Not sure if I should cut the amount of jelqs down or not. Pecker seems fine just a little fluid build up underneath the glands right after jelqing, usually goes away in about a hour.

Jelqing with a little more pressure than I remember doing before, however PI’s seem OK, sex EQ still lower than I would like but morning wood EQ seems higher, damn thing wakes me up. It’s weird I don’t understand that one, just watching it right now and seeing if EQ is going to even out.

I would say sex EQ is somewhere around a 7, while morning wood is a 8 or 9. Anyway haven’t been able to edge every time after a workout, just didn’t have enough time. This week will probably be tough to even workout with the in-laws coming to stay for Christmas for a week.

Pretty sure I haven’t gained anything but it’s amazing how quick the pecker has adapted to exercising again. It only takes about 3 (30 second) stretches to get a really long (for me) flaccid dick. I’ve only measured with my hand but after 3 or 4 stretches it’s around 5.5”, it’s like almost erect length but totally flaccid.

Well tomorrow is a rest day.

Managed to get some work outs in through the holidays. EQ hasn’t changed much so I’ve started a new kegel routine.

I’m either getting really long periods of night wood or it just wakes me up every time it happens. I can’t really tell because I fall back asleep quickly. Sometimes I have to pee in the morning and I feel that’s giving me morning wood but at night I don’t have to pee I just have wood, which is nice but it’s annoying waking me up.

Anyway routine hasn’t changed and haven’t measured yet, going to wait until the month mark. Ohh I did measure my post work out head size 5 7/8” girth, it looks huge. Wish my whole dick was that big, maybe in time. I can see what others talk about that have EG6”, there is no way possible my wife could suck my cock without teeth scratching at EG6”. I’m not sure I want that, I think I’m aiming for EG5.5” and hope my gland doesn’t get bigger.

I did add a 15 second piss pull in every direction every time I go to the bathroom, we’ll see if that does anything.

I measured today and I have gained over a 1/4”, now I’m BPEL 6.25”. It’s great to see gains, really thought I had gained girth if anything but much to my surprise only length. I know it’s not much but I made my short term goal on length so know I have a new goal of 6.5”.

Still having some EQ woes like shorter flaccid and erratic hardness levels. However night/morining wood seems good and I’m getting some growth so I’m thinking all is good right now.

Routine hasn’t really change,

5 min warm up
14 (30 sec) stretches in all directions
300 (4-5 sec) Jelqs
5 min warm
Started new kegeling routine
5 sec hold, 5 sec rest for 10 min
Hold kegel for as long as possible for 10 min, Every other day
15 (sec) stretches every time I piss

Haven’t edged in a long time, just no time, been really busy with work and thru the holidays.

Now I’m thinking of clamping instead for hanging when the time is right. Seems like it takes less time, that might make it easier for me to stick with. I never tried it but sounds simple enough, we’ll see.

I remember hanging for maybe 5 hours a week and that’s not even close to what people are recommended here. I just don’t think I can commit to hanging 10-15 hours a week. I would have to hang under my desk at work or something and yeah.. That’s not going to happen.

congrats on you gain man. How much did you gain with the newbie and how much with hanging? any loss of gains?

i would stick to hanging if you plan to gain lenght and wear an extender or ADS as well to kinda “makeup” that you dont reach 10h of hanging per week. Monty has done that succesfully and I would if I didnt live with my parents

Thanks quim, I’m only doing the newbie routine right now, all my gains have come from that so far.

I had done some hanging years ago but to tell you the truth I don’t remember what gains I got from it. I had to stop PE back then and lost any gains I had made. The only thing I really retained from PEing was a better flaccid hang but EL, EG gains went away, I never tried cementing gains I just quit.

It will be another month or so before I try something else, probably wait until I stop gaining with the newbie routine. I’m just thinking about future techniques.

My goal is 7.5”EL X 5.5”EG so I feel that’s very attainable for me and I could probably do it several different ways. Time is my biggest issue so I’m trying to plan a routine I can stick with.

TNT routine seems to be great for advance members who aim mainly for girth. Try to get as much length as you can first and if you then are happy with your length try TNT’s. i have been also very intereted intryng his routine. Keep me updated man :)

It’s been a month, erection firmness during sex is bad and flaccid hang is bad. On the other hand I’m seeing gains and night/morning wood is good. So these are some confusing PI’s for me, especially the firmness sex thing, that sucks.

I’m so early in the journey I don’t feel like I should change anything just yet. Really all other PI’s seem good, just the two negatives but firmness is a big one that needs to change.

Still doing newbie routine but going to a 5on/ 2rest schedule this week. I measured again yesterday just to double check and looks like I’ve added a little more, that’s exciting.

Not going to measure again for two weeks and I’m going to take my mind off the erection firmness thing, maybe I’m putting myself under some sort of sex anxiety.

Great gain’s. congratulation’s . If your having EQ issues try drinking 1 cup of green tea everyday helps improve blood circulation for the whole body , and I think 300 jelq’s is too much maybe start with 150 jelq and add 10 more every 2 weeks or so. You are doing 300 jelq’s which are 4-5 sec I think that is pushing it a little ,go a bit easy .


Started:BPEL=5.0" x MEG=4.6 .(actually I was between 4.9 and 5 so I went with 5)

Now:BPEL= 6.3 x MEG=4.8 .. :) Final goal = 7.0 BPEL x 5.2 MEG.

Hey man, welcome back! After a few years off, I am back at PE in 2015 as well.

Like you though, I have been getting positive PIs, but my flaccid hand really sucks sometime although my other PIs are great. It confuses me too. However, rest days are good.

For clarification, do you do 5 days PE then rest 2 days? I am currently doing 2 on/1 off and want to work up to 3 on/1 off. I’m also using the Xsleeves from Monkeybar to improve my flaccid hang.

Welcome back to PEing and hope good gains for the both of us. I was doing the 2 on/1 off routine but I just started this week on 5 on/2 off, will let you know if it helps me or hurts.

My PI’s are all over the place this week, flaccid hang still sucks and morning wood has been off but sex firmness has been great both the times wifey wanted some loving. So I’m still as confused as ever, my plan is to stick to this new workout days routine 5on/2off for a couple of weeks and then evaluate. I’m starting to feel like the kegels are helping firmness more than anything right now, but hell I really don’t know.

I’m not really too caught up on flaccid hang as a PI, but that’s just me. I feel as though any type of PE that your penis isn’t used to, it reacts by shriveling. It’s almost like a protection mechanism. What I try not to do is let my penis turtle or shrivel up. I use Monkeybar’s XSleeves. Since I’m just back into PE, I don’t wear it all the time when I’m not PEing, but I’m about to start.

Also, your erection firmness during sex could be mental. Maybe you’re thinking about how it wasn’t firm the last time and putting too much thought int it being firm this time. Just a thought….

About the morning wood, if you PE and have sex that night that could impact your morning wood. Your guy is just tired!

Basically, I’m saying look for patterns. It might not be your routine at all, but either you personally, life, stress, or mere turtling. Don’t let it turtle though!

Well I tried 5on/2off and that was a bad idea, all PI’s went negative, that was to much for me right now. Took a break and everything is back to normal, which is nice.

Going to start back today with regular newbie routine and 2on/1off, I might go a little easy with the stretching. I feel like I might be pulling to hard. It doesn’t hurt at all when I stretch, it actually feels good, I just feel like that’s the exercise that does the most damage to my PI’s.

I quit smoking Friday, so that will probably help with circulation over time. It’s about fucking time, I’ve only been talking about it for a year. It really hasn’t been hard, of course I’m on the patch. Trying to get wifey to join the gym with me this week, we’ll see. We are both super busy at our jobs however we really don’t get exercise. We walk when we can but we both know it’s not enough.
