It was a BITCH getting 5 feet of 1/4” lead through a 1/4” heat shrink tube. It took about a half hour of elbow grease from me and my girlfriend. But the results are fantastic, I’m wearing it right now.

I don’t remember the specifics, but I think that the diameter of shrink tubing for 1/4” diameter lead core should be 3/8” diameter…yielding an easy insertion of the lead core.

Anyhoo, suggest that maybe you post a link to your post #57 in your Progress Report in the CC thread to let future dick wranglers know that someone found it of use.

Thanks very much for posting the details of your routine. A few questions if you don’t mind:

What’s your height & weight? Reason I ask is that you’ve had fantastic gains from hanging at relatively low weights. I’ve gained a little over an inch but didn’t see gains until I hit 25lbs. I’m 6’2” and 210 lbs. I would love it if I could hang moderate weight (e.g., 15-20 lbs) and make gains. I’ve ordered an IR lamp. Hopefully, it’ll help with the tissue deformation.

Do you do anything to protect your other tissues from the IR lamp? For example, do you cover your testicles with a cotton cloth?

Do you do crunches or swing the weights to bring on fatigue? I had to do both with heavy weights to make progress.

How uncomfortable are you when hanging? I know BIB has said that he was able to concentrate on other tasks. I can’t. When I’m in the groove and doing multiple sets over 20lbs, it’s really difficult to focus on other things.

Regarding the cock coil ADS, how does it differ from just staying wrapped after a hanging session?

Hi Chuck, are you still gainign after that inch? Most people dont gain with hanging untill reaching 20lb, do you feel fatigue?

I personally rarely feel fatigue7disconfort when stretching, just sometimes doing BTC sitting down but it is becoming more and more rare.

I am wondering if you ever tried a good/hard consistent manuals routine before gainign from hanging?

what has been your routine?, you can always read or watch series :)

Over the past 2 years, I’ve been hanging sporadically (2-4 sets per day). Haven’t gained anything. Now trying to be more serious about it.

I tried manuals before hanging but wasn’t consistent. After I gained from hanging in 2009-2010, I hired a personal PE coach and was doing quite a bit of manual stretching. I gained a 0.25” but lost the gain after I stopped the routine.

In order to gain, I’ll probably need to get back to 6 sets a day and over 20lbs. However, I wonder what effect pre-stretching and heat (IR lamp) will have on my routine. It’d be great if I can get in my sets and multi task. IR lamp arrives sometime next week.

Have you been gaining? I see that you’re on Bib’s site. Are you getting 10 hours per week? I believe that hang time is the most important variable in producing gains. I tried hanging one set a day at 30lbs. It would temporarily increase my BFSL but there were no permanent gains.

I am yes, but i am just a lurker there. I own a bibstarter but a friend of mine ordered it, I am ordering now stuff from monkeybars and will send it to my friend, he will send me everything all at once without my fmaily noticing.

I am currently stretchin 1 hours a day and 5 times a week jelqing 8-10 minuts. Once I get my stuff i will incorporate, ADS and extender, and if i dont gain I will switch to hanging. But I will do that when i live alone.

I gained with a Ullis, strethes and jelqs routine the first 3-4 months, then i quitted Ullis and icnreases stretches, then quittes stretches. Now im currtenly bakc with stretches. So it has been like 6 months I dont gain maybe… Patience…. I could have stayed with the first routine but was timeconsuming
