Hi, I am new here, just started doing PE last week. I am opening this thread for tracking my progress and routines.

My initial measures are(6th of june 2018):

BPEL 18cm
NBPEL 16,8cm
MSEG 14cm
BEG 14cm

At the time I am doing a newbie routine as follows:

4-5min warming with an electric heater (keeping it on during the stretchings):
8 min stretching all directions and a few circles in the middle(like 20 clockwise and 20 anticlockwise)
13 min dry jelquing with a few light ULIs in between. (doing overhand grip for both as it seems far more effective for me)
4-5 min warming again

Hi! Yesterday I took measures again after 2 weeks of PE, the result was 0 gains. I don´t know if it is too early or what but I see people improving just in their first weeks here and in other forums.

Next week I will be in a trip so I will only be able to do some stretches in the shower at most. I think I will keep my plan as it is now and with 3 on 1 off days(maybe adding some time of stretches and jelqs over time as I am doing) and will take measures again when I hit 5 weeks of PE, if I don’t see any improvement will change to a more intense routine.

Any advice would be appreciated.
