Humble beginnings

Have been performing PE for a solid 3 months now. I was originally going to hold back from doing my first measurements for 6 months, to allow for a significant time I would allow myself to do PE and hope to have seen any form of change. If after 6 months there was no change (and being fully convinced that I was performing the correct techniques) I would simply quit - ‘Hey, PE doesn’t work for me. Oh well.’

Curiosity has got the better of me, and due to the fact I can see and feel, with my grip, changes down below, I couldn’t help myself!

I’m quiet happy with the size I was given, so there is no psychological pressure to go over the top or miss-measure myself. I’m perfectly fine with a few years for an inch style - and hey! If I really works and I get a bigger unit, kudos.

Will break down my first three months in sections.

Starting stats

So I begin my journey with a fairly standard size in my books.

Length: 5.8” ~ 5.9” (shoddy measurement)
Girth: 5.1”

ATTENTION: Take pictures! God I wish I could turn back time and get a few snaps. It’s so handy to actually see progress rather than just quizzing numbers you’ve written down!

6 months in PE world isn’t much, if you are lucky, this period will provide shy gains (temporary expansion aren’t gains).

Month 1 - 2

I read and read, and read again so many posts. Most from many years ago, all with gems of information that are scattered around this amazing website. I’ve read tonnes of progress reports, probably seen more cocks than my girlfriend, and kept a mental note of things to try in the future. Don’t go in blind. Plan.

I took the plunge, thinking this sounds safe enough not to break your dick off and seems credible (and generally just makes sense).

ROUTINE: Newbie routine.

I do it by the book. 2 on 1 off.

Warm up.
Stretches.
Jelq.
Warm down.

Takes me around 30 mins, and feels great.

For these two months consistency was king. May have possibly missed a day or two, but was straight back on it.

In the second month, after reading some interesting posts, I’m under the banner of ‘keep you dick in a bigger state, it will get bigger’. I start to introduce piss pulls. Nothing crazy enough for me to think I’m breaking the newbie routine (though some may disagree).

Results: Nothing to write home about. I always had strong erections, and pointed up very hard. No initial gains I could see in any aspect, without measuring. The best I could say is I looked more plump when flaccid.

I feel no pain at all during the exercises and have PI’s after finishing PE. So far have had no negative PI’s either. Happy days.

Month 3

Ok so this is the month I started to notice anything. But I did add a new exercise to my newbie routine (slaps hand). I also included more in my toilet breaks at work, and I’m almost positive it’s made the difference.

Routine change: Before my final warm down, I now do a hand clamp for 30 seconds. Get rock hard, light clamp, keggle in more blood, hold for 30 secs.

I’m not necessarily clamping for girth. But just with the idea that I have stretched and expanded my penis with jelqs - this final mini clamp is just a force to push everything in the right direction - outwards.

It feels great and makes it look bigger, which I think works as s positive stamp on your sub-conscious that your getting bigger. Positive thoughts go a long way, people!

Toilet breaks: I visit the toilet roughly 4 times a day at work.

I either:

Stretch in all direction for 10 seconds.
Piss.
10 second hand clamp.

OR

Swap out the normal stretch for JAI stretches for 10 sets.

I’m not expecting anything from this, but I feel that constantly giving your dick a reason to grow is a positive.

Rest days: I do nothing, but light stretches when I piss. I don’t touch my cock unless I want to masturbate.

MEASURED RESULTS: As I said in my first post, I can feel cock is bigger in my hands and the length looks longer.

I understand that this could simply be better/stronger erections and I have made sure to measure in the same way (as best I could). But regardless, PE has made my cock bigger.

BPEL: 6.3”
Girth: 5.3”

Huzzah.

Note: I aim to do all my PE via manual conventions. No ambitions to pump in the bath, hang weights off my todger or stick needles in him. Just my two hands.

I also aim to never go above 30 minutes in any PE session.

The aim is to have PE fit into my life, not have me loose to much time in the pursuit of a bigger throat choker. Hopefully this won’t change, but who knows.

Oh, I also do 50 kegels a day. Nothing crazy.

UPDATE: 6 months of PE (give or take)

So have probably just gone over the 6 month range by a couple of weeks. Have had vacations and other things that meant a couple of weeks of PE weren’t as consistent as usual.

So since my last measurements I now stand at:

BPEL: 6.5”
Girth: 5.3”

No change on girth since last time, and a small length increase. Happy days.

I’m know it’s not the norm, don’t stop unless the gains stop, but I have this strange feeling to want to have a month off. I don’t have any negative signs or pain, just ‘A feeling in my waters’ - so I’m going to have a month off with no PE. I think it’s good to follow instincts. Will update in 4 months from now, see what’s occurring.

There are many paths to gains. I personally believe in time off, of a month or better after a long period of PE. thoughtfulgold’s Penis Enlargement as “Scheduled Trauma” theory

That explains more of my theory and you may want to apply it. A break after 6 months of a month in my opinion is just right.
