Kegels
- periodicity: usually Monday-Friday, right after PE or in the early evening
- 5 mins quick Kegels (1/second)
- 5 mins short Kegels (10 sec contraction / 5sec resting)
- 5 mins long Kegels (50 sec contraction / 10 sec resting)

Manual PE exercises
- periodicity: usually each day, mostly early in the morning
- 5 minutes warm up with rice sock
- 15 minutes manual stretching (Shazzan stretches), 3 mins streches down/up/left/right/out
- 5 minutes Prostate and Inner Penis massage (done from outside between scrotum and anus)
- 15 minutes slow wet jelqs (5-10 secs per stroke), one hand jelqing, the other slightly clamping the base of penis, some kegeling while jelqing in order to maintain desired 60% erection level
- 5 minutes warm-down with rice sock or hot shower

Edging:
- periodicity: usually 3 to 4 times per week
- no warm-up, masturbate myself to erection and start edging
- Edging for about 30 minutes at the brink of point of no return
- Does not count into PE time calculation
