Restored91's Routine

My routine starts with 5-6 minutes of warm water soaked wash cloths. I then do a series of stretches, holding the glans and stretching downward, upward, straight out front, as well as to each side holding each stretch for about 20 seconds. I also do 20 helicopter spins clockwise and counter-clockwise between each stretch. I then do 30 second stretches, pulling my penis from behind back between my legs. I have been doing this routine now for two weeks.

I then proceed doing 100 jelqs up, down, left, right, and straight out front.

Several times a day I do Kagels, for a total of between 500 and 1000 a day. This number has been increased up from only 25 the first time I did them 7 weeks ago.

After my routine, I take a rather warm shower. While showering I do about 10 grips which really inflate the glans. I then rinse, dry and end my shower. This listed routine I have been doing now for three weeks.

Of course when I first started the early part of November I was not doing nearly this much. In fact I believe I was only PEing for about 15 minutes.
