Rest days?

I’m going for strictly length.. Do I need rest days for this or is rest days for girth exercises?

Yes you need rest days for both. In my opinion that is when it grows is on rest days.

Ok thanks. I’m not hanging, I’m just doing manual stretches. How many days out each month should I rest?? I’m thinking about 1 day each month

3 daya on 1 day of and 2 days on 1 day off

I also think any newbie should rest, take it easy and be progressive and not do what i did. But why is that “of course”, hangers adn extenders argue the less days off the better.
