Relight's Routine

I’ve changed back to jelqing. I think it has given me the most gains and the least problems. Currently doing 650 1 sec. dry jelqs in sets of 50. 25 with one hand then 25 with the other. Every set of 50 I do 2 30 sec. uli’s, again alternating hands. I bump up jelqs by 50 every 2 to 3 weeks.
