Today I trained during daytime for the first time, just a fun thing to mention.

I’m still scared of using too much pressure when jelqing. Always scared of fucking it up if I go too hard. Today, I tried using a little bit of pressure, adding it bit by bit, day by day.

So far, these last days, my penis gets a bit engorged after training and then it fades away the next days (if they are rest days). Let’s see what time will tell.

Ended up skipping some training these last days because of being tired from college and gym (or at least that’s my excuse). Came back to training today and sticked well to it again. Today I tried applying a firmer grip while jelqing, not too hard but not too soft, and grabbing from the pubic bone. I guess the spreadsheet is kinda messed up now but I’ll just stick to 2 on and 1 off and it’s all good.

These last days something funny and painful happened: I got my hands dirty with grease from trying to fix my (very) old bicycle, so when I went to wash them, I rubbed my fingers to get the grease off. In the hurry with the soap, I held my finger so tightly that I basically jelqed it. Not fun. The tip of my finger felt like it was exploding with blood or some shit. Hurt like hell for some seconds.

Today I trained listening to some Rage Against the Machine. Good stuff to keep motivated and firm on the goal.

By the way, I’m still warming up using the shower hose. I tried using the hair blow dryer but that shit is way too loud. Thought it was too annoying (having to go into the shower every time I need to train is annoying too, but whatever).

Still trying to build a firmer jelq technique. The olive oil is pretty good so far, always good to put on food too. And every time I finish jelqing I go straight to warming it up again and doing the kegels. I always try to get an erection at that moment, don’t know if it helps cement anything but it seems like a good idea to warm down + do kegels + be erect at the same time. Makes you feel like you can see what you’re building.

And today when finishing up, just as the hot water touched my penis again, I felt some distant stitch of pain on the veins, like they were reacting to the heat just after jelqing. Guess it could be good.

So far, the effects from training go away after some time. I wish I could stay with them and just keep building on that.

Still trying to keep consistent. By the way, this is the schedule I’ve been doing:

5 minutes with very hot shower hose water
5 minutes stretching (30 seconds in 5 directions, twice each) while still under the hot shower hose water
After that I turn the hot water off and do 5 minutes of jelqing at about 30%-40% erection (sometimes less) with olive oil
5-8 minutes of hot water again while doing around 50 kegels

Into two months of training, this is what I’ve learned:

- Apparently jerking off kind of negates the effects of jelqing for me. So I’m trying to stop masturbating unless it’s right before jelqing. When I cum I can observe that the pressure on the veins is released and my unit kind of loses that extra girth from jelqing.

- Didn’t notice any reasonable growth on either length or girth. But since I’ve skipped some days when I was just too tired or lazy (or too busy masturbating), shouldn’t count as two full months. Recently, as I’ve returned to a more serious approach, I’m jelqing with a higher erection level (early on I’ve been jelqing at an almost flaccid state, that didn’t do much so I’m trying to stay harder every time now). Didn’t notice anything bad, in fact it looks great and veiny. Keeping the 2 on / 1 off schedule as much as possible right now.

- Still didn’t take those pictures, but since there hasn’t been reasonable growth, it’s no harm. I’ll just take them when I start seeing some.

There’s still plenty of olive oil from that same bottle, even if I use it on food sometimes. That shit is just so cost-effective.

Next month I’m getting back into the gym, so I’ll try to eat decently for a change. I’m sure that PE needs regular, decent eating to work, and I haven’t been eating enough, in fact lost about 4 kg since I took a month off the gym. If only I had enough money to get into a hypertrophy program (eating right 6 times a day while training body and dick), maybe I could see some growth in everything.

I’m trying a routine with jelqing first and stretching after. Also gonna try to abstain from ejaculation completely. This guy (in Spanish) says some things that ring true with what I read in the forums:

I found those tips very useful and they confirm what I already felt before.

Today when re-warming after the session I was edging and stretching and resisted the will to finish. Gonna try to stop ejaculating for 2 weeks, as the guy says in the video, to see if the testosterone level rises or something. Time to level up my mind control.

Maybe it will also help with my semen count, this year I’ve noticed that most of my ejaculations were too clear, and when I edge for 2 or 3 hours (I like doing that sometimes) most of what comes out is a clear watery liquid, in large quantity. When I wait 1 or 2 days before ejaculating, it’s much more "normal", white and consistent. Let’s see what happens when I wait 2 weeks.

Using a rice sock. Way better than the shower. Having to jelq in the bathroom was basically torture. I can concentrate way more in my room. Less anxiety and less water wasted too.

The no-orgasming thing, you guessed it, didn’t go anywhere. Couldn’t hold more than a couple of days. No big deal, I’ll in fact try to orgasm whenever I edge too much because when I edge sometimes I get all bloated and my balls and belly hurt as fuck. Better unload than hold that shit in, don’t know if it could harm my prostate to keep it in for too long.
