I’ve just been reading through your thread and am so heartily impressed by your thoughtfulness, deftness at being articulate, stamina and patience. Truly - I’m in awe. :) Keep up the great job!

Learning to quiet my mind and accept myself as I am. Oooommmm....

Thank you for the kind words. I keep this as both a log of things I’m trying in my late stages of PE as well as a place for those with less experience with this to come and hopefully learn from my missteps before they find some of the pitfalls I did.

I don’t think I’m terribly exceptional, though. I think anyone with the time and patience I exerted could do what I’m doing.

Same thing I’ve done recently with 1 on, 1 off. I take it higher on that last day and take 2 days off to reset my schedule properly.

Thanks for that explanation. Will have to think about adopting variable intensity. One of the things you have made clear in your threads is the need for PE to fit in with the rest of your life and not to let it take over. I agree completely and anything what helps you achieve your PE goals while fitting in with the rest of your lifestyle is good. One thing I would encourge all to do is not to get too hung up on your precise PE schedule but let it move around a bit to fit in with other activities. That way you are more likely to maintain it long term like thoughtfulgold has.

There’s no point in a bigger and better penis if you don’t have a life and partner because you spend all your time and energy on your penis. Do not learn that lesson from experience. It is a really lame one.

Heck, incidentally Titleist actually decided a similar thing yesterday. And more power to him, though it is in fact our loss here at Thunders as a community.

Mentors and Role Models- Men like Titleist

One thing I’ve picked up in this community, aside from the Cloak & Dagger nature of it and how fewer than 1 in 1000 of us ever share even a first name much less a facial likeness or anything that is so common in this social media age…is how the actions of a few good and diligent men shaped the community to be what it is today.

This post is dedicated and inspired by Titleist, who is not dead but has retired from the active PE scene after 10 years of counseling everyone here pretty tirelessly. Myself included, quite honestly, as well.

First, lets take Penis Enlargement back to its infancy. Back before the Bib hanger and actual noted and verified hanging theory, before devices were trustworthy more often than not…before Penis Enlargement was anything but pills, lotions and other snake oil style scams. In the beginning, there was Thunder’s Place. Then (my chronology gets screwy) Matters of Size and PE Gym come about. I’m not going to compare and contrast the 3 sites or give personal opinions in this post. I will say that Thunders, Matters of Size and PE Gym are the Triad of Penis Enlargement and that if you haven’t gone one of those places you may end up there before your journey ends. The Bib Forum also counts heavily here, as hanging theory wasn’t a fully understood PE discipline aside from the ridiculous injury pictures until Bib and LOT theory (since debunked) and other writings on hanging and how it is to be done came to light and became more readily available to everyone in the community.

These four places pretty much spawned a lot of the Stars that we peons look to for PE guidance. But…let me sit here and define the levels of PE Celebrity Stardom: (Why not?

Member- You reading this, probably. Me 7 years ago (And now, actually). Any newbie.

Mentor- Frequent poster of the site in question, someone who’s made a lot of mistakes and learned enough to help someone from time to time. Generally moderators, big gainers who use the methods the site endorses, people with a lot of respect and credibility. Where I want to be someday.

Role Model- Big gainer, usually someone who’s been a member of the site in question a while and has had either impressive gains in a sum total (gained 1.5” or more length and 1” or more in girth) or reached a very large size regardless of starting size, or been on the site for a very long time and have posted reasonable gains and have helped a lot of guys gain.

A lot of these guys have a PE theory they personally use that deviates a bit from the norm of that site and perhaps the beaten path of PE in general at the time. The line between a role model and a mentor is really only how many others see that person, respect and defer to them and time. Mentors may not have the time on the site or the gains that some of the more common role models have. (also known as “Heroes” and discussed here, cuz I don’t know them all Who Are Your PE heroes )

Titleist was known for his own pumping theory, as an example. Though being known for 9.75x6.75” as a last known size is a pretty impressive achievement in itself.

Star- People who reach Role Model status in places across the community. People really active in the community in a positive way that folks from other places than your home site recognize.

Living Legends- Pretty much the people who make a lot of their life a contribution to the community. The guys who create the forums that we all post in. The original pioneers of Penis Enlargement, without whom it would still just be spam in our inboxes and scams designed to rip off desperate men.

ThunderSS
Big Al
Double Long Daddy (DLD)
Bib

There may be one or two more practitioners who shaped the community. My PE history is rusty and incomplete cuz I’ve only been at it 7 years. Anyone missing from this list, my profound and most sincere apologies. I can only speak to the ones I turned to and knew that were known and respected when I was a silly newbie.

An unwanted side effect of doing PE mostly outside of the community was an inability to have a Role Model or be mentored for the more formative and malleable years of my PE journey. I only was able to read about these guys because I did my research in an environment and mindset where I was scared to reach out. The value of a mentor is untold. The time I spent as a subscriber to Big Al’s PE coaching service was priceless. His ability to guide me and help me into a place where I understood what I was doing in a more long-term and put together sense is the only reason I was able to come to Thunder’s and be of any help at all after finding out the information I was looking for. Even so, that small amount of guidance took my PE to the next level and I can only say good things about having someone willing to mentor you.

And honestly, while it is the actions of all of us that make this community whole, it is the actions of those we look to for guidance that have made not only this place what it is but what the PE community is now a place that anyone all over the world can learn from and appreciate. And…for us here, it was the guys who had reached points we only dream about that spur us on. They’re the reason that the day to day activity of places like this remain productive. Guys willing to mentor and lead by example give the dreams the pioneers had a life of their own.

Men like Titleist.

Cylinder heat- Modulate it before you blister the base of your penis where it seals.

Well, I ran into this a second time and now…I feel it should be addressed.

If you use heat with your cylinder, be very careful when packing the tube. The heating pad I link gets very hot and has no actual temperature control. This has caused a blister to the top side of the base of my penis not once but twice. You will need to modulate the heat with an intermediate barrier like Ace bandage to avoid being blistered. It generally heals in 3 days. Which is no good as I have a date in 2.

However, this is my first foray into long-duration pumping with heat regularly. So…naturally this is a pitfall that needs to be addressed as a concern and not a fluke. Be very careful of how hot you get the tube.

I use an electric heating pad which is designed for muscular / nerve damage. They are pretty cheap and work like a miniature electric blanket with 3 heat settings. They are thermostatically controlled and do not get too hot. Now I understand how you got a blister on your shaft.

I water pump and have decided to heat control the water in the reservoir using a 12V immersion heater designed to heat water in a car to make a hot drink and controlled by a digital temperature controller I have ordered them from aliexpress and will run them from a 12V power supply.

Any thoughts on what the ideal temperature is for heating a penis for growth?

Link me to your heating pad. I went with the cordless from autoextender, I’ve linked it in prior posts. I went down $25 and like $14 shipping. So if it actually is a poor investment I’ll be sad but a better heating pad is still desired.

Optimum temperature, I know what it feels like but can’t exactly say what it is numerically.

However, if you’re serious about an exact temperature just use it in 5 degree fairenheit increments. Per session. Cuz we adjust to heat in the same session so modulating it and down in one session will skew the sensation and your results. Write down how you feel and expansion you observe in a 30 minute span using your normal pumping pressure with each temperature. Then, the best two that are closest together mean they are the optimum range for you.

I would start at say 80 degrees. Water cam burn you but get a feel for 80 or so, which should be lukewarm or warm then adjust up each session. That’s the method I’d use in your case.

Additional thoughts I didn’t include…

Optimum temperature may start at 99 degrees. Remember, our body temperature is 98.6 and stuff below that may feel cool or cold also. But I’m hesitant to say “stick your penis in 100 degree water to start with.

Start with 80, move to 90, 95, 100 and record your findings in separate sessions after your penis has recovered and reached its normal resting temperature.

And never forget to use imperial units when you’re listening to advice on 100 degree water on your skin.
Sorry, couldn’t resist.

Would/should there be a difference in water temperature between pumping and the warm up/down for a different type of exercise, such as the newbie routine? Do you think our tolerance or response to heat changes with PE conditioning?

Feb 2016: 173 mm BPEL (6.81") 132 mm MEG (5.20")

Oct 20th: 185 mm BPEL (7.28") 136 mm MEG (5.35")

Goal: A sustained 7.7" by 5.8" during intercourse

Ouch! 100 degrees C would be boiling!

100 K would be ice, very cold ice.

I couldn’t resist either. (:

4/16 BPEL 7.2 MSEG 6.0

10/25/16 BPEL 7.875 MSEG ~6.1 BEG 7.0

Okay kids, alright. *smirks*

In the prior post I used farenheit, but I timed out on the edit so I added directly beneath but…

Temperature advice for my prior 2 posts is to be taken at Farenheit scaling. Not Celsius or Kelvin.

Real talk, this should prevent mixup.

Responses to heat do change. This is why living in climates changes a humans endurance. However, for penises this is unlikely. The tissue is very fragile compared to the rest of our epidermis and is exposed to this heat much less than we are exposed to heat and cold climatically as a general of all of our living moments.

So no, unless you heated your penis 7+ hours daily for months, I would not expect a resistance to heat to form. We aren’t tanning. *smirks*

Further, my theory and observations indicate whatever temperature you use to warm up, you can mildly step that temperature further upward during your session itself. Within safety and ability to work, of course. Cooler temperature than your warm up would hinder you in my mind and cause cold related constriction, however mild it may be.

This is my .02

i got mine some years ago off the net and originally used it for extending where it helped me get some good length gains. Not sure if it is still available. However the Sunbeam one a few people here have used looks similar and is readily available. Here is a link

I use a silicone sleeve with a condom covering my glans. My HW system is set for 50℃(122℉). I tried straight hot water once and found it a little hard to bear at first but got better as the temperature dropped during the 60 min session, Allowing for some loss the temperature would have been over 110℉. After that session I felt a few micro sore points along the shaft that disappeared soon after. I was hoping they were micro tears. I can only assume the highest temperature you can bear without injury is the best to promote stretching. Might try 40℃(104℉) which I think I can easily handle. The beauty of the heating element is that it maintains the temperature throughout the session whereas at the moment the temperature in the reservoir drops to ambient by the end of the session though the heat pad wrapped around the cylinder helps keep my unit warm.

With dynamic water pumping I find I can last much longer before real soreness creeps in. The longest I have gone is about 120 mins. With dynamic air pumping I found soreness can on after about 30 mins. The soreness seems to be partly from fluid uptake in part of the foreskin and some stretching soreness along the shaft from what I feel while under vacuum. It dissipates as soon as I release the vacuum.

I have what might be a 10x15 heating pad that operates on four different temps. I wrap the tube and it definitely does not heat uniformly. To regulate I rotate the wrap, rotate the tube and will often remove the wrap every now then. There have been times when I can feel that the lubricant has probably overheated. Luckily I not yet blistered. Would be interesting to shove a thermocouple up there to really know where I am operating.

No doubt that the heat is aiding in the process.
