IPR PEFF Pumping Act 3: Pushing durations

Once again, if you don’t know what “PEFF Pumping” is and are not a veteran or experienced pumper, this technique is highly dangerous

Session Notes

Edging warmup for an hour
Enter tube 60% erect

20 seconds 7.5 HG
40 seconds 10 HG
60 seconds 15 HG

This session I felt the familiar tingling burn like nerves being pushed to the limit that I associate with mild injury during the 1st 15HG stretch in the glans. This, I liked. I also noted what looked like greater inflation than ever in the glans. I believe pushing past the limit and inflicting minor injury happens when you feel this but that the line between light and serious injury is easily going to change from routine to routine.

My goal is to increase glans size and also provoke changes in my left CC so that it is more even and my curve finally resolves. If this causes me to gain more girth, mid shaft girth likely, then this is fine. I refuse to stage into my 2.5” cylinder as only my base is big enough to need it and I want to pack the tube at least halfway up before changing to a larger one.

This I-Phase will conclude on the 21st. I will restart work mid April. This is a note for myself, as I adjusted the schedule due to the time off I took.

IPR PEFF Pumping Act 4: Heat and warming up for better overall stretch

PEFF Pumping is a fast way to get hurt if you aren’t familiar with pumping, confident in your ability to read your penis and still up for significant risk. Be careful, if this is something you want to try.

Session Notes

Warm up with edging for a half hour

In tube 60%+ erect
Use heating pad during first session to warm tube to temperature

7.5HG for 6 minutes while tube warms up
10HG for 1 minute
12.5HG for 1 minute
15HG for 1 minute

Between sets leave tube wrapped in heating pad on medium setting. 10+ minute breaks between sets

7.5HG for 7 minutes
10HG for 90 seconds
12.5HG for 90 seconds
15HG for 90 seconds

Warmdown with light stretches to get blood flow back

The second set pulled significant edema, which I haven’t seen yet out of PEFF pumping. I’ll limit pressure time to 60 seconds per when moving into high pressure.

This set came about me desiring to test my new heating pad . It’s 22" long and has settings of Low, Medium and High

Be very aware of your scrotum. I have a long history of letting the skin pull itself tight when I’m not paying attention. At high pressures like this it will become unbearable if you even get close to getting your balls sucked in. Just the skin of the scrotum must be comfortable. Use your warmup set to ascertain this. If it hurts during the first 6 minutes it will only get much worse when you ramp it up.

After the first set I had MSEG of 6.25" and the second was like 6.37 but that was edema added.

Despite being one of the shorter sessions I’ve played with, I packed the tube a good 1/3 up. Given that my mid shaft refuses to drastically change and inflate because of the malformed left CC this is about as much as I can expect. I also as a result am considering either staging into my 2.5" cylinder or starting in it outright.

Relapse and Furnace Repair

I have been working on my porn issues. I relapsed a couple times this week, which sucks. However…what’s almost for the best minus the inconvenience was that I cut the hell out of my middle finger main knuckle and have stiff gauze on it. Means I can’t really masturbate. Which should slow me down. But it’ll also kill PE for the most part as well. As I need my hands fully functional to clamp and pump like I planned.

IPR Multiple Clamps and Bends return with PEFF Pumping

If you’ve been following this you know this isn’t for the faint of heart. If you haven’t done extensive clamping and pumping before, starting with a routine like this is a sure route to injury. Conditioning and knowing your penis is key. Practice and experience needed for this session.

Session Notes

Edging for warmup (substitute with warmup of choice)

3 minutes with four clamps, moderate/high pressure at 80% erection, two erect bends of 15 seconds each during clamped time. Rest of 10 minutes between sets.
The goal is 3 or 4 sets. Achieved during this session? 2

In my opinion, your current routine is near perfect…as long as your R-phase is sufficient, of course. A bit of CC use in the P-phase would be like the cherry on top, but you’ve got a beautiful frosted cake there already.

Just FYI, I’ve found that as long as I generate genuine deformation, a single set per session is sufficient.

And remember that anything beyond about a two week duration may be counterproductive…and beyond four weeks, almost certainly is.

Thank you much for the praise, xeno. I’ve been feeling it out, it really takes intuition and experience to play this IPR game without going too ham. But I love how I feel afterwards. That’s really how you seem to know you’re on the right track.

I have literally 3 more sessions scheduled. 1 today then wait 3 or 4 days (whenever life quiets down) and then 2 more consecutive days and I’m on R-phase till Spring, coming back like mid or late April. If you check my progress log, you’ll see my I-phase time has a lot of gaps. Hence pulling it for 6 weeks-ish. What do you think of my plan?

P.S.: Just haven’t had the funds to create the Cock Coil just yet. Nor the time and mental RAM for it; juggling 3 jobs and the gf is tricky to say the least. I saved the post where you show pictures and gave the directions on its creation so it’s on the “To-Do List”.

Yep; probably the most clear indication of having hit deformation is the sort of lightly painful, but good, feeling of an erection in the days after a session…like mostly on days 2 and 3 after…for me anyway.

Although I have no idea what “too ham” means :D , I’m sure that you’re on trajectory that will yield gains. It’s soooper important to ride the edge of the injure-recover-injure-recover cycle for the IPR protocol to work…and that’s something that can’t really be “prescribed”, it has to felt out…just as you said you’re doing with your IPR protocol journey of discovery. So yea, I’m positive that you’ll gain.

Honestly, facility with the IPR protocol is a lot like facility with kung fu, mastery takes both practice and intuition, but mostly it takes making your practice intuitive.

Then all is achievable. I strongly suspect that you are already there…and if I’m wrong, I won’t be for long…

Today, this afternoon in fact. After masturbation last night in fact…I measured what appeared to be a 9.25” BPEL measurement. I also was not at 100% but like 85% EQ.

Of course I’m jumping for joy but…I’m looking at the schedule. On the 17th, I ran the routine. I meant to run it the next night but didn’t. Now, 3 days later I see good PIs, possible gains. This makes me think my IPR Schedule will be 1 day on 3 days off instead of 2 on 3 off. Effectiveness.

Though this could be the benefits of PEFF pumping in conjunction with multiple clamp usage in the same session. Not enough information to tell.

I may do a routine tonight. Then, afterwards take 3 days off as work is picking up. Theories. Unsure if more sessions are needed or if finishing by month end is best. More legwork.

Multiple Clamps/Bends with PEFF Pumping #2

If you’ve been following this you know this isn’t for the faint of heart. If you haven’t done extensive clamping and pumping before, starting with a routine like this is a sure route to injury. Conditioning and knowing your penis is key. Practice and experience needed for this session.

Erection quality during the workout was amazing. I edged for quite a bit prior and pre clamp measurements were 9.25x6.25” which I think were influenced by the edging but at the same time, maybe not. *shrugs*

Post workout measurements were 7.25x6.25” post pump flaccid and 9.25x6.25” erect. Base girth was slightly above normal and the entire length seemed more even-ish. Maybe I’ll see that as my normal size soon? I have two more sessions scheduled before my decon at the end of this month so…we will see.

In the tube I was touching the sides hard up till the 5” mark on the right, which is more than usual given my malformed CC on the left.
