RedLazer's Routine

My routine is still the Newbie Routine

If I’ve the time I PE during a really hot shower.

First I stretch.
One minute straight down (6 o’clock)
One minute to the right (8 o’clock)
One minute to the left (4 o’clock)
Repeat two or three times.

Next I dry jelq. I use both the C-grip and overhand OK grip with the right hand. Hoping to correct a small curve.
I do 100-200 dry jelqs.

I then stretch again straight down. If showering, I slowly lower the temperature to as cold as I can withstand, holding the stretch.

After my cool down I do 50 kegels.
