Ready To make some gains

I’m currently 6 inches NBPEL and little over 4.5 girth. I have a goal of 6.5-7 NBPEL and 5-5.5 girth. I’m 5’9 and weight 182, so I know when I lose the 20lbs I gained after knee surgery I might gain some NBPEL length. As for the knee everything almost back to normal. Walking, jogging, and jumping just fine now after a year of hard work even though I still have more work to do to get back to at least 95% normal again. I’ll be happy if I reach those numbers but any increase will be good enough for me. I will be starting the newbie routine and note my progress. That way I can keep up with my gains. I did PE way back in 2008 and made some gain that I still have to this day without PEing in years. Don’t remember the gains but I do know I was under 6 NBPEL and under 4.5 girth so I will only go off of my starting size as of right now. I was measure when I get off of work to verify the correct numbers.

Just a little recommendation: growth happens during recovery time. Just as an idea try a 1on/2off frequency for the first month. You can increase frequency later, just go easy in the beginning.

I well know that the newbie routine says 2on/1off, it’s just based on experience that I say that two consecutive rest days are more beneficial than only one.

BEG: 4.6875
Below head: 4.75
Head Glans: 4.125

I didn’t gain any length, so I start really focusing a lot on stretching. Credit my girth gains to clamping.

My routine I followed after 7-18-17

5-10min warmup
Two 15mins clamping session
50 Jelq after clamping
Rarely stretch so that would explain no length gains

(My new routine)
5-10min warmup
Two 15mins clamping session
50 Jelq after clamping
Stretching whenever I can. Including bundle stretching each directions and regular stretching each direction for 30 seconds.

Sigh! Are you sure you are not a little bit overdoing things?

And by the way: start to measure bone pressed length. A NBEL goal is fine, but as the fat pad can vary, BPEL is mor eobjective. Just as hint…

What you mean Richard? Overdoing the stretching or the whole routine? Any tips will be helpful and I will go buy a ruler today to measure BPEL.

I mean you are, as far as I understand, restarting PE after a break of several years. I would rather recondition my dick than jump-start into the routine you described above. It looks very heavy as initial routine.

Why not starting with the newbie routine?
