I decided to start a progress thread hoping to help me stay motivated. I started PE 4 years ago using an extender for 2 years Then I stoped for 2 years and now I will start again.

I decided to start slowly with the newbie routine(never done any manual work) combined with a penis extender . Today was the 2nd day . I did 10 min warm up , 60 min extender , 5 min manual streches ( I did the regular streches plus some helicopter shakes and a BTC stretch for 30 sec , 10 min jelqs . Tomorrow is a rest day because I will follow a 2-1 routine.
My current measurements are BPEL:6.9 inches MEG:4.7 inches, BEG:5.3 inches . I am gonna follow the newbie routine for 3 months and then start pumping maybe . I honestly don’t expect to gain anything from this routine , I just want to recondition myself from this 2 year break. The biggest challenge for me is to stay consistent and follow this routine even when I have “bad” days.

4th session today , 1 hour penis extender , 5 min manual streches and 10 min jelqing .

Ok that 4th session was the last I did then haha . I took a 1 year break for several reasons . Lost some lentgth(not much) . I am gonna follow the newbie rootine consistenly + a penis extender for 1-2 hours before the manual work . Starting today , piece
