I’ve been lurking around forums like this one for years now and I’ve never been able to stick to a routine so I thought I’d create a thread to help motivate myself.
I’ve done some hanging and manual routines in the past and gained about 0.5cm I also experimented with ADS but as I said, never stuck with it long enough to see major gains. I’m uncut and it’s always seemed however I wrap or whatever device I use to hang, its always quite uncomfortable, pumping doesn’t have that disadvantage.

MEASUREMENTS:
My current BPEL is 17cm, haven’t measured EG in a while, I’ll do that next time I post.

ROUTINE:
My routine is very simple: One session of 20mins @ 150-200mm-Hg followed by 40 jelqs then I firegoat roll until the discolouration mostly disappears. I do this just before going to bed, it doesn’t take long and isn’t uncomfortable so should be easier to stick with.

At that pressure I get small red spots but I have found that they disappear before the next night’s session. I use aloe vera gel to create a seal, works really well! I made my own cylinder out of an acrylic tube, endcap and hand powered- lab vac pump.
I’ll post measurements once per week.

Misc stuff that might affect gains:
I’m in my late twenties.
I lift weights 3x a week, full body workouts.
I run 10k 3x a week on off days.
I’m vegan.
I don’t drink very often.
I never smoke.

This could affect if you don’t ingest the complete pool of amino acids and nutrients, usually present, with better availability and biodisponibility, on animal sources.

Since there is no complete vegetable to provide all the amino acids, you have to include tons of different vegetable to achieve a close result of a piece of meat. But this is not the most important thing to wrap your mind around.

At vegan cases, Iron requires close attention because Iron from meat has the higher % of absorption compared to vegetal Iron: 23% against 8%. Even for those that eat a lot of meat, 23% absorption is hard to reach the daily recommendation.

Let’s hope your choise didn’t halt any PE gains or mess with your health.

I don’t think you should pump higher than 130 mm. That could be the reason you are seeing red spots. You should also include pulse pumping within your 20 minute routine.

Also, taking two or three 2 minute breaks for some jelqing will help improve EQ.

Lenny, thanks for the concern, iron & protein is fine, I make average strength gains and I give blood and am never low on iron.

Dtwarren1942, I know the pressure is on the high side but it doesn’t cause me any discomfort and the redness is gone within a few hours, the reason I pump so high is that I find the cylinder slowly leaks at lower pressures. I work up to pressure over about 10 mins by which point I have maximum expansion and then I can read or watch videos or do whatever for the next ten minutes. It’s a really lazy routine but I’m more likely to stick to it this way, stopping every 2 mins and then re-pressurising just seems like a hassle. I’ll maybe introduce a more attention-intensive routine as the weeks wear in but honestly if I can make gains like this I probably won’t bother.

One more thing, I forgot to mention I usually put a silicone cock-ring on overnight after my routine- I pump and then go straight to bed.

Update 30/07/2016

Missed Monday’s session as I wasn’t at home, got every other day though, still 20mins at 120-180mm-Hg followed by 40 jelqs.

Got a bit of an anomalous length measurement; 18cm. I think I was pressing the ruler back with more force than when I measured last week- I’m going to press it down as hard as I can from now on hopefully that will provide a more consistent gauge.

EG was 14cm at base.

Haven’t seen any decline in EQ though I haven’t seen an increase either.

Update 07082016

Didn’t miss any session this week, same pressure same time.

No noticeable change in BPEL, right around 18cm

EG about the same, maybe slightly closer to the 14.5 mark- could just be wishful thinking.

No noticeable difference in EQ.

Update 07/08/2016

Got home very late Friday night and missed my session, hit every other one though.

I switched out my acrylic cylinder from a 44mm ID to 46mm ID. Still getting a good seal but with a bit less of my unit pressed up against the acrylic so maybe more room for girth expansion.

I’m going to add 100 kegels to the end of my routine to see if EQ improves, also going to be keeping ejaculating to once per week.

BPEL 18cm, but with a noticeable creep past towards 18.5. I’ll report measurements to the nearest 0.5cm rounding down. I’ve a feeling these numbers are going to be a lot like a weight loss diary; sometimes a bit up, sometimes down but with a slow and steady trend emerging : )

EG back to 14cm.

EQ No change.

How would you rate your EQ ?

When you get a pumping routine dialed in just right EQ goes through the roof.

Capernicus1, I’d rate it as pretty good, I don’t have any problems getting hard and I almost always wake up with decent MW, if I sleep in it seems to last forever! I never go soft during sex or masturbation though I often don’t get through 100 kegels holding each one for around 3seconds without softening up a bit, if that gives you a bit of a gauge.

However I have been abstinent or almost abstinent before and I find I get much more random wood during the day and it’s definitely firmer.

Just finished tonight’s session and had an idea, I managed ~45 kegels after the jelqs and firegoats before losing firmness, if I post “kegels before softness” at the end of each week, that might provide a somewhat more objective measure of EQ. I’ll use no stimuli while doing the kegels. Obviously this method is not going to be transferable between people to compare EQ, too many variables, but it gives a benchmark with which to track progress.

I finished the set off anyway, doing 100 in total which I’ll keep doing.

I’ve had the pressure closer to the 150mm HG mark this week, haven’t missed any sessions. EQ is up a bit from last week, got to mid 60’s with the kegels today.

BPEL 18cm, more than half way to 18.5

Update 28082016

Still keeping the pressure closer to 150 than 180, I’m getting much less discolouration following sessions though it is still apparent for a couple of hours afterwards.

EQ still pretty good, I haven’t been as disciplined as I could have been with abstinence so I haven’t seen the dramatic jump I have in the past.

I missed two sessions this week just due to bad planning, I find it difficult to hit sessions when I have to go out of town, not sure if it is a good idea to move the nights session to the morning if I know I am going to be away, that way I would only have about 12 hours between sessions instead of closer to 24.

Still at 20mins, 150mm-ish single session per day followed by 40 jelqs and 100 kegels. Seeing the effects of more abstinence in more random wood throughout the day.

EG 13.5cm this measurement seems to be all over the place I guess it is just more prone to error than EL

I’m pretty happy with the way things are going, seem to be making steady progress!

Update 11092015

Still going with 150mmhg single 20min session followed by 40 jelqs and 100 kegels. I’ve moved the sessions to the morning so I didn’t miss any this week.

I’ve stopped wearing the cock-ring overnight as it’s started to cause some irritation, I’ve ordered a steel one to see if that will be more compatible, I think the silicone one trapped moisture against the skin.
