Hey everyone, I’ll be making this my official gains (or lack thereof) tracking post. I’ll include all my methods and background so we can share and discuss. I will be separating these so you don’t have to read stuff you don’t want and skip to the parts that interest you.

Background story:
I’m currently in my late twenties, I’m pursuing my doctorate and was a former special operations operator in the armed forces. I’m extremely physically active and have never had any issues with my penis size. I have had intercourse with over 100 women and not once I heard a bad thing about my penis, on the contrary, they would give very positive feedback, I point upwards so more often than not I would make them squirt for the first time ever. Until now, I was in a relationship with a fortunate woman who apparently had come across a huge cock. She never had a complaint about me per say and I was big enough to in some positions get “too deep”. Alas, one day I saw a text message with her girlfriend that got me curious and turns out she would still think about this guy’s dick and how big it was. Even found a picture. So this obviously fucked hardcore with me and the way I saw my penis. I had before looked into P.E but never really tried anything seriously. Thus, my journey in P.E will start now, maybe I’ll never attain the guys size but I’d like to measure up at least with the big guys. There is no shittier feeling that finding out you don’t quite measure up the way I did.

Method:
I will conduct P.E for at least 6 months regardless of results (old college try) since I’m still a bit skeptical but open-minded about if this works or not. I will measure once a month to track results. I will be using the tools lenghtmaster and bathmate (for now, might add later). I will post my routine and any changes and modifications I make along the way the more I learn and discuss with you guys. Fast forward I have already messed around with the tools enough to know how to use them almost properly I believe (5 weeks). I got a bit hurt in the beginning (my frenulum) so had to stop some things as there was a bit of a learning curve because I’m not circumcised. I have a very initial measurement and another I will do today as I have been using the tools regularly for those 5 weeks.

Routine:
5 day on 2 days off

Every morning 2 sets bathmate (10 mins)

Hanging @ 5 pounds for 2-3 sets of 1 hour
Goal is 12-15 hours a week.

Finishing with 5 sets of 3 mins bathmate with 120 kegels per set and jelqing 1.5 mins in between each set.

Initial Measurements:
6.35 inches length (I have less than 10% body fat so my pelvic bone is pretty exposed)
5.45 inches girth midshaft.

Current measurements:
10/08/18
6.6’ length
5.45 girth midshaft

First off, thank you for your service.

I might start with a routine focused more around stretching and jelqing. Run that out until you have exhausted gains from it. Use constant heat during routine through the use of an ir lamp or space heater.

If you are dead set on the gadgets, I would personally focus around elongation exercises for the time being and if you are going to apply girth work I recommend doing it in the later sessions of the day after stretching based exercises have been concluded.

I would also invest in an air pump with a gauge so that you can know and control vacuum pressures while pumping. The pump should be wrapped with a heating blanket.

Appreciate the pointers! I will probably go ahead and buy a heat pad for use for warming up, although so far I just put on the weight and let it hang. I have to admit that I kinda dread manual exercises. Also I use the bathmate in the am for a short period of time to prevent water retention, then hit the gym, by the time I’m back all the water retention is gone and I hang. Then later on in the night I do the full bathmate routine! I will be dedicating about 3.5 hours a day to P.E (3 hanging and .5 bathmate pump) is that too much!

Haha honestly is not that hard these days, that would have been great 10-15 years ago. These days tinder makes it all too easy. As far as her exe’s dick, yes I know deep down is more of an ego thing for me. Although it sucks that she craved it like that.

Update: 10/16/18
Decided to go ahead and buy an electric heat pad for when I hang. Also, will start wrapping today to heal “elongated” hopefully this will speed up my growing. Also been slacking on the girth work, due to frenulum injury that never healed properly which kind of sucks. When I get some pressure in there is like a scene of jaws the pressure sucks the blood out. Still hanging and have resorted to putting a cotton pad with ointment in the affected area for extra cushion and healing. Still at 5 pounds will jump to 6 at the end of the month, been feeling that exhaustion about 45 mins into hanging which I suppose it’s a good thing, still trying to hang 12-15 hours a week.

P.S I know I can probably find this in the search bar somewhere but maybe somebody can shed some light on the measuring situation. I got a bit frustrated because it seemed I didn’t make any gains when I first measured. Then I realized I curve upwards so I had to put away the ruler and bring out the measuring tape. Anybody had these kinds of issues before any pointers?
