Hey everyone, I’ll be making this my official gains (or lack thereof) tracking post. I’ll include all my methods and background so we can share and discuss. I will be separating these so you don’t have to read stuff you don’t want and skip to the parts that interest you.
I’m currently in my late twenties, I’m pursuing my doctorate and was a former special operations operator in the armed forces. I’m extremely physically active and have never had any issues with my penis size. I have had intercourse with over 100 women and not once I heard a bad thing about my penis, on the contrary, they would give very positive feedback, I point upwards so more often than not I would make them squirt for the first time ever. I will conduct P.E for at least 6 months regardless of results (old college try) since I’m still a bit skeptical but open-minded about if this works or not. I will measure once a month to track results. I will be using the tools lenghtmaster and bathmate (for now, might add later). I will post my routine and any changes and modifications I make along the way the more I learn and discuss with you guys. Fast forward I have already messed around with the tools enough to know how to use them almost properly I believe (5 weeks). I got a bit hurt in the beginning (my frenulum) so had to stop some things as there was a bit of a learning curve because I’m not circumcised. I have a very initial measurement and another I will do today as I have been using the tools regularly for those 5 weeks.

Every morning 2 sets bathmate (10 mins)
Hanging @ 5 pounds for 2-3 sets of 1 hour
Goal is 12-15 hours a week.
Finishing with 5 sets of 3 mins bathmate with 120 kegels per set and jelqing 1.5 mins in between each set.
