Yes. There are members if I remember correctly that had gains only by jelqing.

Plus jelqing is the backbone of every PE routine.

If I had to chose only one exercise that would be jelqing.

I have not been very consistent about posting my regimen, but I have been fairly consistent about actually doing the Newbie Routine. Per some of your recommendations, I held off on measuring progress, and after my first month I am pleased with the results so far.

Starting stats
BPEL: 6.5
NBPEL: 6
MEG: 4.5

After 1 month
BPEL: 6.7
NBPEL: 6.25
MEG: 4.8

Quick question. I’ve read that maintaining heat throughout your routine will enhance the results. Any tips on how to do that while jelqing? My current apartment doesn’t have a bathtub.

Buy a small space heater and let it blow hot air to your penis, through the whole routine.

Works wonders. May cause a drop in sperm count but it is temporary,so try not to heat your balls too much. See if you can direct the heat on your penis and above that, keeping the testicles realtively in normal temperature. Testicles will heat too of course but try not to overheat them.

Place the heater properly. You need heat in the penis and the above area. A little heat should blow to your balls.

With continuous heating gains seem to come faster and you have almost no risk of inury. You will get crazy expansion. Heat is awesome!

Since I can’t yet post in the general Penis Enlargement forum, I just thought I’d post this question to my progress report. I’ve been doing PE for 1 1/2 months and have been pleased with the results. I started doing the newbie routine on a fairly regular basis in a tropical climate. However, I skipped any PE exercises for a few days when I moved to a somewhat colder climate. I noticed that my flaccid state looks much smaller than it has been in a while. Also, while my gains in erect length are intact, the erect girth decreased slightly.

What do you think is going on? Is this because of a simple change in temperature? Do gains go away after a break of even a few days of PE when you’re starting out? Is the smaller flaccid state because of an injury? Or am I over-thinking all of this?

small changes can easily be measurement errors, EQ, time of day. Could be stress. Stress caused me to lose 1/4 inch in girth and length- I was also 15lbs lighter than usual in b.w.

I’ve been doing the newbie routine less frequently than I have in the past—just once or twice a week now. Most of my gains have come in length, but I want to focus on girth. Any suggestions?

I’ve also noticed in general that my gains are tapering off. I suppose my beginner’s luck is wearing off. But I have noticed that in general my flaccid state is bigger and hangs more heavily. When I first started PE, things were reversed: it sometimes seemed that my erections were getting bigger but my flaccid state was smaller. Any theories on this?

Well…I have no theory on the flaccid versus erect gains you’ve seen at different times. As far as gains tapering off, you can scale the newbie routine up a bit, add some more time or start looking into different manuals exercises. The videos page has a good listing of them.

Girth exercises that come to mind (but are not an all inclusive list) are Sadsak Slinkies, ULI#3, Horse Squeeze 440 and some others. A bit of research and use of the search bar will uncover more. Given you’re searching for girth, there’s a good variety of options for you yet.

All this is completly normal and happens to most of us.
Durring your first time on PE you get some fast results. Then you have to be more persistent and might even not gain something measurable. You need more time to get even a 0.1’ .

Flaccid getting bigger is also normal. You might think that you are not getting proportionally bigger as before but if you got some girth gains, the overal volume percentage (cm³) of your dick getting bigger from flaccid to erection has not so much difference than before…


Starting messurements: 6.0 BPEL , 4.80 MEG ---- June/15

Milestone :7.1 BPEL , 4,85 MEG ---- June/16

Goal (Maybe??): 8.0 BPEL , 5.5 MEG
