Progress Report, Advice Greatly Appreciated
Hi and what’s up to anyone reading this thread.
I just joined this community after sporadically trying PE for the last 2 years. In the past, I haven’t made much progress and so I took action in joining.
I feel that there are competent, intelligent and helpful people here who have already achieved what I’m after. Of course, I would greatly appreciate any advice from someone who has already made significant progress in PE.
From learning more about PE and a little personal experience, I understand that time and consistency are more important than unsustainable bursts of intensity. With that, here is my current routine, I’m on week 2 as of this writing:
Exercising 5 days on - 2 days off.
5 minutes warm-up in the shower
15 minutes wet jelqing
10 minutes pumping
3 x 30 minute stretch left/down/right
That’s it. I feel it’s simple and is something I can be consistent in for the long-term.
My commitment is towards gaining 2 inches in length by this time next year and 1 inch in girth.
My question, from the collective experience of people on this forum is, followed for 1 year, is the routine I am currently on conducive to the gains I’m after ?
