Progress at 83 days
I’m excited to post my first progress report and I also have a question.
First off, the progress:
Routine consists of warm up with gel heat pad followed by 3-4 sets of 20 min hang + 5lb. Each set followed by 10 min rest, sometimes with goat rolls. Fowfers at night 30ish minutes, these are increasing as I get more comfortable with them.
My question: although I love seeing the EL numbers go up, my fiancé never takes it all anyway. My main goal is the biggest, fattest flaccid hang I can attain. Is there anything I should change to reach this goal?
