Hello all,
I’m excited to post my first progress report and I also have a question.
First off, the progress:
BPEL 7.5
EG 5.5
FL 4.75
FG 3.750
BPEL 8.125
EG 5.563
FL 5
FG 4.625

Routine consists of warm up with gel heat pad followed by 3-4 sets of 20 min hang + 5lb. Each set followed by 10 min rest, sometimes with goat rolls. Fowfers at night 30ish minutes, these are increasing as I get more comfortable with them.
My question: although I love seeing the EL numbers go up, my fiancé never takes it all anyway. My main goal is the biggest, fattest flaccid hang I can attain. Is there anything I should change to reach this goal?

Welcome to TP, big starting size and nice gains friend! Damn you for doing so well! Just kidding of course. It is said that any type of PE increases flaccid size. I’ve also read on several occasions that fowfers do well in that regard. Personally fowfers seem to help quite a bit, but it might be an increasingly long-lived temporary effect. Still, that should suffice, it regularly gives me an inch for 4 hours after waking up now (all nighter). On the other hand it looks like you’ve gained quite a bit of flaccid girth already so… Keep doing what you’re doing! Perhaps add some all night fowfers once they’re comfortable.

On the idea that your lady can’t take all the length anyway; it’ll still be easier to achieve full penetration in positions which otherwise might not support this (doggy style and such require longer units than missionary). Just a thought! ;-)

Most length exercises do flaccid hang well. Personally, jelqing and the Sadesk Slinky do it for me if flaccid hang is my goal. Those work best in my case.

My big secret? My methods. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *8* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith. Also my new PE4F project.

Nice gains! I’d go the route of jelqs and maybe an ADS to improve on the flaccid.

Some people wear an ADS to improve flaccid hang. Others have said that low dose Cialis helps too.
