Printman's Routine

About 5 or 6 day a week

Warm up - 3 to 5 minutes (I do my PE in front of a space heater that blows fairly warm air)

Manual Stretches: (30 minutes)
45 seconds / counts North, South, East, and West = 1 set
6 sets
Set # 1: Simple Stretch
Set #2: Bundled Stretch
Set #3-6 (I use glof weights and add one weigh for each of the last 4 sets to acheive the fulcrum stretch)

Manual Jelques: (15 minutes-ish)
300 to 500 wet Jelques
2 to 5 minutes of Uli’s
I Clamp for 1 or 2 10 minute sets in between Jelquing sets

Mini-Sessions
5 Minute Manual stretches 2 to 3 times a day when i use the head

Hanging
I use a Capt’s Wench to hang 15 lbs for 15 to 45 minutes a day depending on privacy

ADS
I wear a simplpe ADS that I made from a wrist rap, a leather belt and some light bungie cords for about 4 hours a day
