Thank you for your answer @Useless, I’d like to speak in Portuguese with you since we are both brazilians, but being in a international forum I’ll keep the English flowing. So, the thing is, I still live with my parents and I’m a stealth PEer, I think a pump that I could use in the bathroom and not use any extra time then what I usually use taking a bath would be the way to keep it discrete. The only reason I haven’t bought the Bathmate is because I saw some guys in the forum calling it a toy and etc. I’m almost resourcing to clamping seeing it seems to be something I could do while studying without being too much distracted

Pump is not discrete at all, haha, it is big and with more than one component. Could be done nonetheless, if you got a good place to "hide" it.

Yeah, I think I could hide it in my violin case, but I don’t really know.. Probably going to resort to clamping after all. Will decide it tomorrow.

Yeah, they were nice, battling to come back to them. My girth now is probably around 13,0 ~ 13,2 cms. My old goals would be to reach 15cm, but now I think 14 would me much more viable.

Hey guys, nice to see you again. I’ll try to keep posting in order to maintain my motivation.

So, as I stated before, my routine is resumed to stretching since I’m not having the time to do my nightly routine. I’ll try to aquire the necessary item to begin campling, don’t know if it will be easy to find here in Brazil.

My routine now is :

5 min warm up under hot water
5 min BTC stretch
5 min A stretching
5 min V stretching
5 min inverted V stretching

And Fowfers every time I’m studying (soo, normally a lot, but I only fowfer for like 2 hours)

I’m starting to feel that my flaccid hang is better, lets hope I can gain some in length to keep my self motivated!! If any Brazilian can help me with some substitute for the clamping “constrictor” I’d be glad

You can find cable clamps at MercadoLivre, just type there “cable clamps” and you are up.

Very careful with clamping, recommendation is a minimum of 6 months conditioning.

Clamping should be the last exercise to try out … when nothing else is providing you girth gains. There is flaccid bends, dry jelq, squeezes, ULIs to boost your girth … when you got tired of them, you start clamping.

Yeah, I know that, is just that clamping seems to be the least distracting one to do while studying.. I feel that I may be limiting my gaining potential if I do this, but it seems to be the best option to conciliate with my intense study routine. If you know a better option I’d really like to know, cause I really wouldn’t like to have to resort to clamping right now

Hey guys, soo, Just posting in order to keep motivated and keep you guys informed.

Had some great workouts this week, same way as posted previously only difference is that at night, when I take my bath I’m doing some warm up and than 3 min twisted stretches in order to prepare for the fowfers that will fallow.

I also bought the cable clamp, It will take some weeks to arrive, I’m also a bit reluctant to use it but lets see what happens.

Not a good idea. While clamped, you must pay total attention to your penis. Unattended clamping should be avoided at all costs.

Hey guys, almost 2 weeks since my last post, I missed you! soo lets catch up a little bit

My cable clamp arrived soo now I have a night routine to add to my morning routine. I’m not feeling like clamping is a extremely intense exercise, but that may be because its really similar to my old exercise (that involved the socks and all) and this one was really intense.

Until now I’m really liking it, doing 20 minutes per day separated in 2 to 4 sessions, have been doing it for a week. only time I didn’t like the exercise was the time I wasn’t paying attention for a sec and my cat (3 months old, a bengal cat) jumped from nowhere and hit my swollen unit with his paw and claws, ooh man that hurted a lot and bleed a little D: .

So, I’m feeling more motivated than ever, not just because my semester is getting easier now and finally got a night routine for girth nut something happened that made me want even more to stay doing PE… for the first time in my life a girl (my girlfriend) deepthroated my unit, well it wasn’t completely in but it was soo close I may as well count it. She was really happy about it, my unit was feeling great, I wasn’t… but that gave me a motivation boost to continue in my PE mission.

I have a question for you guys, I was thinking about something that could make my gland bigger or just get a better EQ. When I’m either jelquing, clamping or masturbating in a more intense way my gland gets real big, but when I’m just normally erect or having sex in a less intense way my gland is about 2~2,5 cm smaller. So, what to do about that? Anything, exercises, alimentation, supplementation, hoping for an answer from you guys !!

ooh and yeah, almost forgot it, I’ll start to measure 4 weeks from now ( when my vacation starts) and than again 8 weeks from now (when it is close to end) that will be the best PE period for me, and I want to start to keep track on any gains starting there.

Hey guys, maintaining my new routine, feeling great until now, sometimes I feel like the clamping is more effective than other times, maybe is the cloth-wear that I use besides the clamp that sometimes I have to change, I don’t know… but so far so good

I started to take some supplements, for the gym workout and PE, I’m taking every day:
30mg zinc
1g L-arginine
1g L-Ornithine
1,6g - L-Carnitine
Don’t really know if it will affect PE at all, and I’ve been only taking them for 2 days now, so I can’t tell if I feel any changes right now, we’ll talk about this again in a week or so!
