Hello, everybody

Well.. I guess this is it. After reading up and making plans to start PE about 2 years ago, and never getting around to it.. I’m finally coming around lol

So I’m at 6.75x5.6 and I’m planning on reaching 8.25in Length and 6in girth. So that’s basically a full 1.5in gain in length and basically a full 0.40 gain in girth.

Do you think a 1.5x0.40in gain all around is achievable? I don’t think I’m asking for too much lol.

I basically started 3 days ago on saturday 1/24/15 and 8’m not bullshitting around this time.

I really hope I can come back to this thread later on and see that I’ve actually achieved this goal.

So I started off with the newbie routine so right now I’m doing this routine

-5 min warm up
-5 min stretching
-10 min wet jelq(around 200 but I’m about to jump to 300 today)
-5 min warm down

I’m also going 2 days on/1 day off right now but that might change. Other than that, that’s pretty much it. I’m not too sure how often I should measure myself so I guess I’ll just do it at the end of each month. Do you think I should measure for progress more frequently or maybe less?

Either way, wish me luck guys. I could use the support lol

Hey, good luck to you on your PE quest. I replied to your post as I’m new to this and just started my journey the other day too! You have better starting stats than me tho. Haha. Anyway, best of luck!

So today is day 4 of the journey and I thought I should let it be known that I’ve already decided to make some quick adjustments.

When I warmed up the 1st 2 days, I would put a rag under some hot water until heated, wring most of the excess water out, go back to my room, lay down, wrap my “unit” in the still warm rag and hold it for 5 mins.

Now I’ve decided to just sit in the bathroom and wrap it there. I wrap for 30 seconds then I re-heat the rag before wrapping my unit again for another 30 seconds. I do this for 5 minutes straight because the rag won’t stay as warm for 5 minutes straight without having to be reheated.

On the stretching front, I was actually only doing 4 mins(30 secs each stretch) of stretching instead of 5 like I said in the OP. I decided to stretch for 1 full minute instead of 30 seconds on each individual stretch(Up, Down, left, right, straight out, circular stretch, frontward and backward V stretch). I will also be adding in the BTC stretch from this point on which I hold for 2 whole minutes specifically. I believe the BTC stretch was VERY much needed lol

I will also be doing over 300 jelgs instead of 200. Also, when jelqing, should I have like a 60% erection? Because I pretty much do them flaccid. Should I stop doing them flaccid?

I’m also doing 50 kegels. I forgot to add that I was also doing them in the OP.

So as of day 4, I’m basically..

- 5 min warm up(reheating every 30 seconds)
- 10 mins stretching(BTC stretch now included)
- 300 jelgs
- 50 kegels
- 5 min warm down

I might wait atleast a week before giving another update. I’m taking this very seriously and probably won’t miss a single day of my PE routine. I’m trying to get to 8.3x6 as soon as possible lol

What exactly are your starting stats? Also, what is your length and girth goals?


Starting stats : 6.75 erect length. 5.6 erect girth = 6.75x5.6

Goal: 8.25 erect length. 6.0 erect girth = 8.25x6

Just be consistent and care-full you will surely reach your goal .


Started:BPEL=5.0" x MEG=4.6 .(actually I was between 4.9 and 5 so I went with 5)

Now:BPEL= 6.3 x MEG=4.8 .. :) Final goal = 7.0 BPEL x 5.2 MEG.

My starting stats: BP erect length = 6.6”, erect girth = 5”. My goal is 7.5 to 8” erect length, and 6” girth, ultimately, but I’ll be happy with any gains. Overall, I’m not unhappy with my unit, but I’ve really been dedicated to self improvement this last 2 years and eager to channel some of that energy towards the ‘private sector’ lol. I like your routine, and may try it myself, and I’m excited to see how it works for you, and me. Again, best of luck!
