PinkTiger's Routine

Usually before I go to bed I’ll throw my rice sock in the microwave for 1:15 seconds and play a round of call of duty modern warfare 2, aprox. 10 mins. I’ll start with stretches, BTC, left and right, straight out, and rotor stretches for aprox 6 minutes. Then I wet jelq for about 11 mins. I’ll clean up, and do 50 kegels put on another rice sock, and thats it.
