I just decided to start a little log like many others so here is a quick recap of my PE journey so far.

I first stumbled onto this website more than eight years ago, it definitely caught my intention as I have always been unhappy with my size. It was great to see that there was maybe a way to get a bigger piece without any bullshit nor surgery involved ! So I started stretching and jelquing almost everyday, I was super excited and got some great beginners gains, after only a couple weeks I became a believer.
Did that for 6-7 months and got 0.8” in length and 0.3” in girth but I went to live abroad with someone and being a stealth PEer I had to stop. And unfortunately it took me about five years to get back at it.

So I started again in October 2014, with 0.5” in length and 0.1” in girth of the prior gains left. For a year in a half I was extremely dedicated, discovered pumping, and it got me 1.6” in length and 0.6” in girth more then my original size. The last 6 months because of time spent at work my PE looked more like maintenance exercises than proper workouts.

And now for the least few weeks I started again with some very regular exercises. Kind of why I am starting this progress report, to get an extra dose of motivation.

My Routine

Like a lot of guys I tried a lot of different techniques and routines before finding what works for me, I still got a lot to figure out but here are a few things I learned over time and how I PE.

I don’t have any fixed routine, I always go with the flow. If it feels right I do a longer more intense workout, if doesn’t I do a lighter one or even stop and give my piece some rest.

I mainly stretch and pump, I use to jelq of course, but I have an uncut penis and it was giving me some foreskin gains so I totally stopped. But I do recommend it. It’s probably the most essential exercise for length and girth.

I Try to do my PE in a hot bath and when I don’t I try my best to keep my penis warm when stretching while my cylinder is filled with very hot tap water so it’s nice and warm for I when pump. I use palmer’s cocoa butter and I drink a lot all day so I’m definitely well hydrated all the time.

I do rather small pump sessions 5-10 minutes adding more pressure everytime, between those sessions I stretch in every direction possible. I don’t time it or count I just go with it adding some massages or firegoat rolls sometimes if I see that the skin starts to swollen a bit to much. I always do my best to end a workout with the least amount of edema. I know how big I can get my penis now with one good workout so I try to achieve that size with less than 20% of it being swollen skin. When It gets past that point I focus on stretches and maybe do a few manual clamping sessions or simply stop for the day.

I do in average 5-6 days on per week, but depending on the time I have, how he feels and how motivated I am I can easily do ten days in a row or give my dick a week of. Same with the length of a workout it goes from a five minutes pump season before my girlfriend comes once in a while or a few stretches in the shower to a workout that lasts a whole movie ( not porno ). I am a stealth PEer but live alone so that really helps, I can do it whenever and where ever.

My pump is a thickwall 9” by 2” with a proper brass pump with a gauge. I highly recommend it or something in the same quality range to anyone serious about pumping, it’s worth every penny and is to my eyes far superior then any other type of pumps.I tried bathmate and a couple others.

I really try not to ejaculate after, I feel it helps with gains, but It’s much easier said than done.

I DO NOT recommend the next part to anyone, but I sleep maybe one out of two nights with a cock ring on. It’s a soft silicone one that is kinda loose around my penis when flaccid so IT DOESN’T BLOCK ANY BLOOD CIRCULATION only a little tight when I get a morning would while sleeping. And then when I wake up I feel like I had a little workout. I feel that it helps.

Hope this can help some of you guys, I tried to give as many informations without babbling to much.

After a good session I’m around 7.9/8” by 5.5/5.6”

First real log.

Had a great PE week managed to do 7 solid workouts in 6 days, two off them in a nice very hot bath and I gotta say that really helps to get a good stretch length and girth wise. By filling the cylinder with the water you can add a bit more pressure without any extra discomfort. So I do shorter pump sessions with higher pressure and end up with a better post workout penis.
I feel that my gains are more on the girth side the last few weeks, I am focusing on both at the moment but it looks like the next millstone is more likely to be 14cm (5.5”) in girth rather than the 20+cm (8”) in length (that I was really hoping to achieve before the end of 2016).
Girth gains are the best though, you can definitely tell the difference much more than with the length, and the girlfriend that still doesn’t know about my journey seems to respond very well to those.
Today is off and I’ll try to get a good similar PE week starting tomorrow.

I try to measure every month and no more, otherwise it can get frustrating.

Made some measurements today, haven’t done any PE since two days ago. Length wise I’m not at 7.8”, pretty close but I’m at 7.7”. I’m pretty sure that I’m not going to get that 20cm skin toy for Christmas, maybe I did something to piss off Santa ( probably watching that porno where mama Santa was well taken care off by two elves was the bad move ).

It’s pretty hard to go down a grade, will have to change it on my signature just after posting. But on the up side like last week girth wise It feels thicker and the 5.3” are really there.

Had a good week, did four pretty long and intense workouts spent way more time stretching, wanted to give length gains a little boost since last week, and after this morning measurements I know why.

Weather is cold and wet, definitely not going out today so I planned to have a great session tonight, probably try to make it last a whole movie if the sausage down there is up for it.

Just trying to end this PE week with a positive attitude.

Wasn’t planning on it but I ended up giving my piece a week off, hasn’t happened in quite a while and it was a bit strange to get that lean non PE penis back, lost some girth but got some length back. You definitely get used to handle a meatier piece when you PE and especially when you pump, you really need at least 5 days if not a week off to really be able to tell were you are at.

Taking a brake from PE is always weird, you know for a fact that you need it and it helps in the long run, but at the same time you can’t help feeling guilty for not putting the work in. Plus I definitely miss it.

Anyways, I will have my first session in a week later today. I’m pumped…

Hey Dvdck,

I started pumping when I was around 4.8” in girth, I had a rather cheap one at the time but it had a silicone sleeve at the base that was quite narrow so it definitely helped preventing the ball sucking effect.
I got my thickwall 2” early this year and I was at 5.1” and never really had any real issues with it, I’m careful when I begin pumping and then when the base starts packing the tube there really isn’t any issues.
If ball sucking is an issue for you, try dry pumping, no lube or anything slippery. You need to be very well and closely groomed to get a good seal, but it helps a lot.

Haven’t posted for more than a month, but this log isn’t really a progress one.

PE wise I wanted to finish 2016 well and start 2017 even better but, the exact opposite happened. The end of December was rather lonely and tough, so I missed out on a lot of PE, it was more a maintenance routine more than anything else.
So like most people, probably, I started the new year with lots of good intentions and resolutions, but since than I lost a couple of very close person to me, and my girlfriend of more than two years decided it was the best moment to breakup. Not that there are any good time for that but it’s rough, I was already pretty depressed since a couple months ago, and my alcohol consumption that was also already a big issue went through the roof. So PE hasn’t really been on my mind lately, haven’t even been here since the new year I think.
The only positive thing is the amount of rest my penis just had. I’m hoping this post is going to help me get back on track. PE and Thunderplace have always been positive for me and I really need some of that right now.

It’s Saturday night,

Did a little measuring yesterday, great surprise I had the pleasure of being able to update my stats girth wise +0,1” !
After all those pretty bad previous PE weeks I actually had a great one, starting with four consecutive days of intense and long sessions, Two days rest, another great workout yesterday after measuring and planning on having one just after posting.
It had been a while since I had a PE session in a warm bath, it felt good. It’s so relaxing and efficient for PE that if it wasn’t so much waste of water, electricity and time consuming and that it wouldn’t add humidity problems to my flat I would have one every day.
Started a diet this week as well, slowed down on alcohol, hope it sticks and evolve in a good way. Trying to go for the easiest way for a larger piece, by losing weight. I’m struggling to get to that symbolic 20cm in length or 8” which is a tad more, at the very best this summer but more realistically before the end of 2017. But when I get there I want to be in a much better shape, my fat pad is way above an inch thick, I have always vary a lot weight wise and I definitely now how much being fitter helps, being able to see a bit more of your dick is the tip of the iceberg, sexually it helps in every single possible way.
Plus if I want to find someone again, with the amount of self esteem I have for myself right now, making those muscles, veins and that penis pop out a bit more would be a solid move.
