After a half year break, I will continue my PE.
In my half year break I read a lot of stuff in the internet and now I try a new routine.

All of you know Cialis (taladafil) right?
The good thing at taladafil is it will pump up your dick for days and the necessary thing in PE is that the micro wounds heal in a stretched state.

So I will take all 2 Days a 20mg pill (I paid for 100 20mg pills of cialis 43€). And everyday I take IGF1 deer antler velvet and multivitamins (both from pipingrock)
Everyday routine: 4x20min hanging 5KG, Bathmate morning 15 Min, evening 15 Min, then 4-6 hours phallosan.
Monday: rest

Other Facts: Stop drinking alcohol, no fap and no drugs anymore :( (I do not smoke cigarettes)

I make this routine for 7 Days now and recognize that my penis is very big and fat all the time. I Hope the microwounds will heal in this state.
And I recognize that it is very important to wear loose boxershorts, please do not wear narrow boxershorts oder manslips/speedos.

I also use Minoxidil for beard growth for 35 Days now and in this time I “gain” some new beardhairs.
