3x 10 min clamping. I still can’t get over how good clamping feels. I get a full pump way better then jelqing. I’m either doing jelqing wrong or its because of how difficult my foreskin makes jelqing either way. I’m seeing good EQ and PI from clamping.

I will also be doing a 30 minute edging session later today.

Another clamping day 3x 10 min. This week im going to be moving up to 4x 10min.

I also added length to the x4. It is now at 7 inches. I will be trying that out to see how it feels. I will probably end up sitting at 7 inches for a month or so depending on how my dick continues to react to the x4. I apparently had been stretching to 7.5 inches on the x4 i thought i was doing 6.5 but i was measuring the x4 length wrong.

I also started my diet of 1800 cals per day. My goal is to go from 240 to 220 by summer (June) and to 200 by fall (September).

I’m 5’8 and very muscular so i think 200 will sit well on my frame.

Other than that i am notincing a much thicker hang when flacid but my flacid length isnt where i want it to be.

I’m also considering a 1 day on 1 day off rotation with clamping but so far I’m having the best EQ I’ve had in a long time so i think I’m good with 2 on 1 off for clamping.

Day 1 of the X4 at 7 inches. It hurts like it did before when I started but I’m amazed to have gone from 5.5 inches to 7 inches on the X4 in the month I’ve been doing it. I am not seeing this reflected in NBPEL yet but I hope to see some changes come April.

Did 6 x 60 Min sets with 10 minutes in between to warm up and stretch the dick since my office is cold as fuck.

I also am on day 2 of 2000 calories this is a drop from 2200 calories and damn do i feel the 200 calorie drop.

I view weightloss as key to my PE journey as I have a 1 to 1.5 inch fat pad depending on sodium intake.

That alone when gone in a 5 to 6 months will give me an extra inch of length.

Did three sets of clamping for 10 mins.

As thoughtfulgold mentioned in his thread I’m going to back off of girth work and stay at 3x10 min until i hit my length goal.

Didn’t do any x4 today as my glans need to heal from getting used to the new x4 length.

Was only able to get in my 3x10 min clamping today.

Did manage to get a 360# squat and to drop below 240 pounds so i got that going for me.

I think the two days off the X4 will end up being good for me as i just switched to the longer length and that was irritating the glans.

Back to the X4. Doing 6x 60 mins.

Alao still working on the nutrition and lifting. Managed to drop the weight to 238.8 lbs to day and did a 445 lb deadlift.

Feeling good. Probably got another 2 weeks until i can start extending the x4 again.

Backed off the x4 to see if that fixed the slippage. It didn’t. I just need to continue to perfect the noose technique.

Did 3x10 of clamps. For whatever reason i am not getting the same stretch i used to from clamping it as is my dick is not filled up.

I am still getting great eq.

It’s been a while since I’ve posted. Ive almost entirely switched to length work as I’m at 5.5 girth already.

Once I hit my length goals i will switch back to girth work. Right now I’m stretching with an X4, plus manual stretches 4 to 5 days per week.

Super excited.

Did measurements today and hit 7.25 BPEL and 6.25 NBPEL. Also went from 3.5 to 4.5 NBFL.

Cool thing as well. My pictures look closer to 7.5 BPEL and 6.5 NBPEL which would put me at almost 1 inch in BPEL and 1.5 in NBPEL since starting last September. Considering I was only 80% EQ in the pics I’m happy.

3-10-19

I’m going to focus on weekly updates as I am doing the same routine.

I have two main goals one is my weekly x4 hourly target of 30 hours per week. This is going well. I also add in manual stretches when time permits.

My second goal is fat loss. I have about 26 lbs of fat to lose to be at 12% bodyfat. That means i realistically need to lose about 34 lbs. I’ve been on and off because i love food but my weight is causing me to snore which keeps the wife in a seperate bed and it is causing me to have a 1 to 1.5 inch fat pad which is holding back a lot of erect and flacid length.

I’m going to continue to report in with how that is going.
