Hey fellas, that guy Hal here.
First post so I figure I’ll go a little into my journey, my thoughts on penis enhancement, my goals, and a couple other things I’m working in that are tangentially related to my penis goals.

So I’m a 25 year old who, after a couple years of life and my own mental demons slapping me around I’m finally getting a foothold and pulling things back together. On the boring personal non-penis related front I’m working retail and possibly transitioning to an office job soon, I also just enrolled to return to school and finish my degree which is something I have really needed to do for a while.

I’m 5’9” and weigh 210 lbs, I’m honestly not fat and people are pretty surprised when I tell them how much I weight but I do carry a lot of weight in my thighs. My body fat percentage is about 29 percent. Because body weight and personal fitness is inextricably linked to penis aesthetics I’m gonna be tracking my weight loss and general body transformation here. As far as what I’m doing about it? I’m currently walking about 5 miles a day, 5 days out of 7 and I intend to get that up but things are just hectic at the moment. I am also going to the gym, I’ve gotten to the point that I am going 3-4 times a week and meet once a week with a personal trainer. I’m also vegetarian, which I think had made a noticeable difference in my quality if life as well as general level if health. Since starting exercising and changing my diet I’m actually already down from 230 a couple months ago so I’m pretty proud of that start. The goal is 175 lbs at 12% body fat.

Now comes the time for dick talk. I’m honestly not unhappy with my dicks size, though that wasn’t always the case. I actually always had size anxiety from watching porn and being a generally average sized guy, but once I started having sex more regularly as an adult and got consistently great feedback from partners I stopped worrying about my pecker so much. Now lately I’ve been on a bit of a dry spell, partially tied to incredible bouts of manic depression so I’ve mostly just been taking care of myself mentally and yknow.. Physically. Anyway my erectile quality has just really plummeted and I’ve even had trouble achieving orgasm some days. And I mostly wanted to fix this, and of course as all guys say: I wouldn’t mind having a little more.
Current stats:
BPEL: 6.1”
BPFL: 3.4”
EG: 5.1”
EQ: inconsistent, but occasionally unable to reach orgasm, and erections aren’t as strong as they used to be. I mostly attribute this to personal health right now and the fact that I haven’t been getting any or masturbating a lot.
What am I gonna do about it? Well I’m starting on the newbie plan and I’ll be working that until I feel like it merits moving on to something else, I’m going to mostly follow the path laid out by the user thoughtfulgold in his numerous posts and breakdowns. I may amend my goals later when and if I reach my current goals but I’m keeping myself grounded and realistic.

My main issue is that because of the extra weight on my thighs and midsection I’m losing about an inch of visible dick, which I don’t wanna be missing.
My goal for my penis measurements is to get to about 7 inches BPEL, maybe 7.5 but I honestly wouldn’t complain if I never stopped growing past 7. Girth wise I’d like to be at about a 6 to 6.5.

I’m also going to have or bi-weekly check ins where I mark how consistently I am managing to do my exercises and well as general notes on how things are going and what I am experiencing.

Thanks for the welcome my friend, I definitely intend to be here for longer than a year, I’ve been a lurker here for a couple months I just wanted to get a firmer (heh) understanding of the safety and theory before diving in. Here’s hoping I can stick to it. And best of luck with your goals brother.

First of all welcome. You seem to have the right mindset of taking care of yourself mentally, for me PE is a form of meditation and it helps me center myself. As far as your inability to ejaculate goes it very well may be related to the treatment of your depression if you are on an SSRI. I’m in no way suggesting you stop them if you are just making sure you are aware. Go slow, be safe and realize this is a long journey. You have help here if you need it. Read often and ask questions you’ve got this.

Hey thanks man, I really appreciate the heads up! No medication, I’m on a management program with my therapist. I see them twice a month and we’ve gotten the emotional swings mostly normalized, but my sex drive hasn’t really returned. I failed to really acknowledge that I was pretty addicted to porn while going through my last depressive episode which it seems like some people here believe has a pretty serious negative impact on sex drive and general EQ.

Also I wanted to log my first day of exercise for posterity.

Day 1:
5.4 mile morning walk

Newbie routine, I’m returning from a short stint of the newbie routine a few weeks ago during which I noticed significant change in my EQ and the flaccid size of my penis. I went ahead and proceeded to 6 minutes instead if starting at 5 other than that it’s the vanilla newbie we all know and love. Current PE workout plan is 2 on 1 off.

Hot wrap 6 min - I use a hot compress wrapped in a towel. Hot enough without getting uncomfortable and can layer extra cloth to adjust heat.

5 point manual stretches - 36 seconds per direction, two sets of out, down, up, right, left.

Wet Jelq - 12 minutes ~3 sec jelqs, ~240 jelqs. I just timed these in personal counts that were pretty true to 3 seconds but there was probably some float erring towards a slight rush. Either way the strokes were consistent and the time was met but I’m willing to listen if I’m doing anything wrong.

Hot wrap 6 min - same as before

Kegel exercise - 60 5 second holds. I do this while doing my second hot wrap and it helped keep me at a healthy chub while wrapped. Counted out in my head erring towards a drag since I’d rather accidentally hold it for more than 5 seconds than less if I can help it, again I’m not too worried about exact timing here but if I need to be more stringent I’m happy to straighten it out a bit.

Week one down, couple days late to the progress report but for the week of 6/12-6/18 here’s how it went:

Over the week I walked a total of 25 miles, missed a couple days of walking because life and work, burning a total of about 4000 calories from walking alone according to my fitness tracker, that’s about a pound of fat in calories!

I had 5 scheduled PE exercises and I made 4 of them, I missed one because a friend of mine had an emergency and needed some help so I helped em out and we ended up chilling after.

Generally speaking EQ seems to already be improving by and large, my flaccid size is noticeably increased in girth as well.

I also introduced 2000mg of L-Arginine into my daily vitamins, after about 2 days of this is when my flaccid penis started looking bigger, I’d say it doesn’t seem like the organ itself is any bigger but that blood flow has drastically improved, at least if I had to guess.

Thanks for the encouragement Buck! Your progress reports are what inspired me to start actually logging and keeping myself accountable instead of just marking off days on a calendar!

Well shit got a little crazy there for a while with work. Hopefully I’ll be moving on to a new job with a set schedule very soon, that’ll be exciting for scheduling my PE and my exercise better.
Been really off since my last update, maybe hit 3 of my PE days consecutively after posting last then didn’t start back until a couple days ago.

I’m on day 3 of my return from all that chaos though, and I am feeling good about coming back! I’ve changed up my schedule a little bit because I felt like 2 on 1 off wasn’t getting me anywhere, not that I expected immediate gains but I read a lot on here about listening to the signs your penis is giving you, and TGs trauma theory and I just didn’t feel like I was putting enough strain on my penis, so I’ve changed to 3 on 1 off.
Today was the third day on and I feel like this was a good change, my dick feels appropriately sore or tired or what have you, while not feeling particularly in pain. Feels like a good sweet spot but I’m gonna keep feeling it out.

My routine has changed a tiny bit, I’m now hot wrapping at a 40-60% erection, just a healthy chub. And I’ve included edging on my PE days, I’ll throw on something softcore to keep hard and I’ve been aiming to keep it around an hour of edging a day, cumulative not necessary consecutive. I don’t always abstain from cumming though, any input on that would be really appreciated.

I’m going to be more diligent about my check ins here as well, and going forward keeping the posts a little tighter and more concise until any major changes occur.

Also I am going to take measurements on the first rest day of each month and post them with the next check in. For now check ins are going to be posted every Monday, just logging how the exercises are going and how my dick feels.
I’ve finally mastered google calendar so I’m feeling a lot more confident. Organization is important leads
