I started PE when I was 22 now I’m 29 I have been on again or again over the years. I can’t remember what I started out as. But at one point after about 2 years of PE my BPEL was 7.2”. Then I stopped for awhile and when I came back it was 6.8” now I am usually between 6.5” and 6.8”. Has any one seen fluctuations like this? Can I ever get my 7+ back?

I have lost length when stopping completely. Ligs tighten up I believe if you don’t regularly stretch them. You should be able to get the length back with stretching. Working on that myself.

How long have you been doing PE?

I’ve seen no loss in size.

A while. Unfortunately I took a long time off and did not take care of myself. Got fat, did not use penis. I will say I did not lose my girth gains :jumpblue: , just length.

I attribute that to not getting regular erections or doing maintenance stretching. I do believe we need to do maintenance routines

That could be because you are having regular sex and very good EQ? That’s nature’s way of keeping a penis large and functional. How many minutes a week do you spend with good hard erect inflation?

As guys get older and have less erections, less minutes erect per week and less hard the penis does shrink back a bit, it is a well known medical condition. And even younger guys can shrink back if not having regular sex, it’s becoming more common with these young guys using speed-type drugs and nightclub type drugs that shink up their flaccid.

Maybe ten minutes a week.

Indeed, that’s where I was and am coming back from. A lot of life stress = dead libido, so rarely had erections and the ones I had were poor since I didn’t bother with taking my ED meds.

I talked to my urologist about the length loss when I saw him earlier this year, he did confirm it is somewhat common: use it or lose it. He advised me to get out the pump and pump for maybe 10 mins a day, just enough toget everything all stretched out and filled up. Also said take my ED meds 2 or 3 times a week and get some good erection time in.

Wow, only 10 minutes of erect time per week? That seems very low, if that includes PE, masturbation and sex. I probably get 20 mins erect time a day on average, plus pumping time each day which is larger than my normal erect size. But I don’t have your length yet and still have gains to make. ;)

To Sta-kool; yeah it’s important to keep that thing stretched out as often as possible. Same as physical stretching too, so us older guys don’t get all bunched up and hunched over.

How old are you?

I switched my routine from hanging and now just stretch 30 min with heat, to keep my ligs stretched from hanging in the past.Then pump for 15 mins with heat.Keeping my ligs stretched as if I was hanging for 1 hour, works for me.
