Pepopipu's Routine

Warm up with water. 5 min.

Stretching in different directions. 10 min.

Clamping for 1 or 2 min. with some squeezes.

Newbie routine: 40 min. of jelqing (counting all the times erection goes down.) starting from a high erection but carefully untill erection is too low to jelq.

Clamping for 1 or 2 min. with some squeezes.

Warm down with water. 5 min.
