I’ve been keeping a fairly detailed log of my journey since January 11, 2016 when I officially began to give this whole PE thing a dedicated effort. I thought it would be nice to share so that others may gain possible insights from my experience.

For anyone that doesn’t wish to read all of the details, here is a summary of my measurements so far:

01/11/2016 - NBPEL: 5 in, EG 5 in, BPEL: 5.5 in (guess)
02/11/2016 - BPFSL: 6.2500, BPEL: 5.875
03/11/2016 - BPFSL: 6.3760, BPEL: 6.000
06/11/2016 - BPFSL: 6.4375, BPEL: 6.250, EG: 5.25
07/11/2016 - BPFSL: 6.5000, BPEL: 6.000, EG: 5.25, NPBEL: 5.5
08/11/2016 - BPFSL: 6.6250, BPEL: 6.250, EG: 5.25, NPBEL: 5.5

BPEL Gain Since February: .375 in
BPFSL Gain Since February: .375 in
EG Gain Since January: .25 in

So in 7 months, gains of about .5 in (including guess for January) in length and .25 in in girth. It’s definitely not AMAZING, but it’s progress. At the same rate, I will gain 1 inch by next March and be about 6.75 inches - that would be awesome!

Here is the detailed version:

My first measurement was 5 inches (EL) and 5 inches (EG). This was before I was aware of doing BPEL, BPFSL, etc.

For the first 3 (almost 4) months, I used only the X4 extender. On 15 occasions, I did jelqing sessions following the JP90 program. I don’t consider it significant, but it could have contributed some. To be exact, it was from January 11 to March 27th that I extended, logging 391.25 hours. Here were the results of that:

February 11, 2016 - BPFSL: 6.25 BPEL: 5.875
March 11, 2016 - BPFSL: 6.376 BPEL: 6.0

At this point (3/27) I suppose I was losing interest with the whole extending thing. I believe I did still do it, but I didn’t log it in the same way and so I don’t know exactly. I also failed to log measurements for April and May. I believe I did measure, but didn’t feel the progress was significant. I needed a change..

On April 21, 2016, I received my Vac Hanger! Starting on May 6, 2016 I began dabbling with the hanging thing. I logged a single hour using 5 lbs, which felt like nothing. From here, I moved up to 6.25 lbs in a few days; after that I began to increase in increments of 1.25 lbs every 2 weeks.

So on May 21, 2016 I upped it to 7.5 lbs. On June 5, 2016 it increased to 8.75 lbs. On June 13, 2016 it increased to 10 lbs. On July 5, 2016 I used 12.5 lbs, but have only done that on a few other occasions. Currently 10 lbs is my working weight.

I think there are a couple of things worth noting too. I was hanging a lot - probably 3 - 4 hours a day on average. Also, I was hanging nearly every day. In fact, from 5/6 - 7/19 there are only 7 days I did not hang. And the only reason I stopped at that point was because I developed a nastly water blister on my glans. :(

Results:

June 11, 2016 - BPFSL: 6.4375 BPEL: 6.25 EG: 5.25
July 11, 2016 - BPFSL: 6.5 BPEL: 6 EG: 5.25 NPBEL: 5.5

From July 26, 2016 to August 13, 2016 I started jelqing (with the blister). I did 300 jelqs a sessions and loosely did 2 on 1 off. From August 14 to August 21 I went on vacation and the only PE I did was manual stretching. I would do 30 seconds pulls to different directions here and there, and at night 30 seconds in each direction (left, right, up, down) 3 times each. However, I didn’t really count this a PE strictly, and perhaps maintenance if anything.

I had some other things going on in the weeks after that kept me too busy to PE consistently, though I did do some sessions here and there.

On August 23, I was doing a manual stretch straight down and felt what I believe is called a lig pop. It was a bit shocking, for sure, but I still proceeded to hang that day and while I may have felt a little extra sore/tender everything else seemed normal.

From August 29th until now, I’ve been back to hanging with 10 lbs consistently. 2 hours a day. Also worth noting is that since August 22nd I’ve been on a strict regiment of “edging” in order to work on my problems with premature ejaculation.

Measurments for August:

August 11, 2016 - BPFSL: 6.625 BPEL: 6.25 EG: 5.25 NPBEL: 5.5

.25” gain in girth IS amazing. That’s my goal. I vary between 5.9-6.1 but want a solid 6.25.

Thanks! It’s a bit puzzling to me because I haven’t done anything strictly for girth (except jelqing). And I’ve always had super good EQ so I don’t put much into that, especially because the measurements usually happen while fatigued.

Jelqing is definitely good for girth.

Yeah, but I didn’t do more than a handful of jelqing sessions by the time the girth increase was logged. So it’s a bit odd, maybe just a side-effect from the length.

Throughout August, things were a little more sporadic but still consistent. In the beginning of the month I did mostly jelqing and towards the end of the month I was straight hanging. I didn’t have good results on 9/11 which is why I decided to switch things up in September. My BPFSL was getting shorter and shorter and I wasn’t seeing anything good with my erect measurements either. In hindsight, I think these were negative PIs for me. Something to be aware of going forward.

In September I switched things up to an all-manual routine. Started out just jelqing with some manual pulls straight out in several directions. About midway through I read a thread by marinera about manual fulcrums and started incorporating them seriously. They are AMAZING so far. I’m going to continue with the same routing this month before making any judgements about the effectiveness long-term, but for just half a month’s worth the gains have been really great.

On October 8th I had my BEST measurements yet, 6.8125 BPFSL and 5.5 EG! And measuring today I hit a BPEL of 6.375 which is much better than I was expecting. 1/8 away from 6.5!

That puts me at a solid 1/2 inch!

10/11/16 - BPFSL: 6.75, BPEL: 6.375, EG: 5.375

Throughout October I had some interesting fluctuations that I’m still trying to fully understand. As mentioned in the previous post, on 10/8 I hit a 6.8125 BPFSL and 5.5 EG. On 10/22, my BPFSL record improved yet again, to 6.875. Definitely GREAT signs, no question about it.

The interesting thing worth noting is that leading up to the 10/8 measurment I was primarily just jelqing every other day. It was after that where I began incorporating manual fulcrums and saw the best measurement on 10/22. However, the manual fulcrums started becoming the primary exercise; I’d do them most every day. Just a fairly short session in the evening after showering, but I could really feel it. Also, I kept with the jelqing every other day. On 10/28, I did a particularly intense session of manual fulcrums and jelqing. The day after, I measured my BPFSL at about 6.625 - 6.75. Yikes! In hindsight, it seems pretty clear that it was a sign of being overworked.

Took two days off then did two days of lighter manual fulcrums, but still didn’t see my BPFSL recover like I hoped. Took 4 days off.

I knew I needed rest days, but it was tough. It’s hard to be patient. During that time I was reflecting on different PE topics and reading through various threads. I came back to the ‘Memento’s Rapid Gain Mechanism’ thread and gave it a more thorough read and consideration. I found its focus to have some pretty similar components to what I had been organically discovering over the last month. I think it is a great routine; simple, efficient, structured.

On 11/8 (tuesday), I began the routine that I’ve just been logging as ‘mems’. On Thursday after only 2 days of this routine, I woke up and measured a BPFSL of 6.8125. AWESOME!!! Now, I wouldn’t wholly attribute that to the routine - it’s more likely a mixture of recovery boosted by the split structure of mems. Stretching in the morning and jelqing at night really seems to be an awesome pairing.

Anyways, I will do my best to follow mems routine over the next month and see where it takes me. It’s going to be a busy month for me, but even if I’m not able to do everything by the letter I believe the basic principles will set me up well for success.

Had sex last night. Last time was months ago before any meaningful gains. Now I’m around .75 in longer, and it was really interesting to notice some differences that even .75 makes.

Getting a blowjob before, girls could take my entire dick and it would seem to reach just about the back of their throat. Not quite long enough to cause deliberate gagging and definitely not deepthroating.
