I’m brand new here, and thought I should start a log sooner than later.

My Current Routine (Twice Daily):
10 Minutes Hot Rice Bag
50 Wet Jelqs
30 Minutes - Extender Max (Stretching Device)

Starting Data:
12/1/2016
BPEL - 6.625
NBPEL - 5.75
EG - 5.75

Current:
12/17/16
BPEL - 6.75
NBPEL - 5.75
EG - 5.875

Am I going to hard? I am sore for an hour or two after exercise.

The sore feeling could be a good thing, as long as you don’t lose any EQ or develop any injury.

Are you noticing any penis “turtling” after the session?

No turtling after session, but there is a significant direction change to my shaft. It is probably 30 degrees to the right now.

I think it’s generally advised to stick to manual exercises at the beginning. And twice a day for 30 minutes with the stretcher alone sounds like a lot, coming from someone who just started as well…
Manual stretches are as easy on the dick as you let them be, and are also easy to do in all directions to hit all the ligaments which I’d imagine is a good thing in the beginning especially. I generally don’t feel sore from stretches, sometimes a bit from jelqs but even then very little.

And I followed this, without ramping up to above 7 minutes stretches and 13 minutes jelq (so far in almost 2 months). A link to this routine is also included in newbie info above:

When erect only.
I can definitely feel more stretching on the left side. I’m going to use my device to slightly stretch the right side more this week. I’ll update with progress.

Hopefully I can help someone when I fix this.
