Pe_pe's Routine

Started in september 2012@ 14,8x11,8 cm nbel with a beginner routine and gained 0.5 cm with it in 8 weeks.

To be honest i wasnt interested in pe at all, i wanted to pump and someone at another forum advised me to condition myself prior with a beginner routine.

After the 8 weeks i stopped pe and started to pump occasionally in march 2013.
Got hooked and started to pump @ max 5hg every other day for 30mins+ about 150 jelqs.
every 14 days i took 3-5 days of.

Did this until end of september and grew to pumped 16.3x12,8 cm and unpumped 16x12,5cm.
I realized then i want more length and stopped pumping because i noticed pumping makes it difficult to stretch.

I began in october 2013 jp90 2days on/1 off program for ten weeks and didnt gain anything.
looking back, i was overambitious and overtraining.
I took a couple of weeks off and lost 2mm of my gains in length, but gained girth to 12,8cm.
erection quality wasnt as good as before (10/10 down to 8.5/10).
in february 2014 i started to hang with a bib 7days a week for 2 hours a day.
After 10 weeks i went from 15,8x12.8cm to 16.3x13 cm going up to 2,7 kg.

Although i gained and got better erections than ever before, i stopped because i realized i could gain with much lesser weight and didnt want to miss out this potential.

I came to the conclusion, i want gain length first because i can easily gain girth, but i am somehow a hardgainer in length.

So i created a length only routine and bought a extender instead of low weight hanging.
By the way, Hanging really helped me to find the right pull for manual stretching.

I took a couple of weeks off again, lost the length gains and started @ 15.8x13 cm.

So to this day, i do a progressive manual stretching routine.
Every day varying from 10 to 30 mins in 4 week intervals and wearing the extender @ 1200-1400gr for 1-2hours in the beginning and as the weeks passed by up to 4 hours daily @1200gr.

In october 2014 i measured 17cmx13.2 nbel (6.7x5.2).

So i started at 15.3cm ( first 0.5 cm i would say are improved erection quality) to 17cm, girth increased from 11.8 to 13.2 cm.

In inches: 6x4.6 to 6.7x5.2

When i am edging, i already went up to 17.5 cm, so the next growth spurt will happening soon:)

I will continue until i reach my goal of 7.7 nbel ( 19,5cm ) and will from there on clamp and pump only to get massive girth over 6inches+

And remember, less is more and work your way up progressively.
