Day 20

Update
- Have increased the weight to 7.25 LB and wow what a difference in fatigue
- I love my new way of wrapping my glands (I roll back the foreskin and then wrap my penis while covering the gland and the foreskin, keeping it tucked back)
- I can now hang for 1 hour sets but I really just do 1 set in the morning and maybe a 40 minute set at night.
- I can see that my penis hangs longer and lower after each session and I feel larger throughout the day

Concerns
- At this point, I’m not sure that the way I’m wrapping is interfering with my hang since it feels like my skin is being stretched or if its my ligaments/tunica. However, I do feel the “inner” penis fatigued when I do manual tug at the end of the session so I will take it as a good sign for now.

Soon in about 10 days, I shall measure again and hope that I’ve made some progress physically.

Day 22

Quick Update
- I honestly visually see my penis being larger. I normally do a random measure with my fingers by placing my palm next to my erect penis but wow today when I was erect in bed, I can clearly see almost the head of my gland above my index finger. It use to be just like 0.10’ inch above but this was clearly noticeable. So I thought that maybe it was the angle of my hand vs to my penis but some angles it was even more noticeable. Like on day 19, I did measure and I did not get any new gains but it could have been the way I was sitting or standing but today during my edging session, I really did a notice a visual difference.
- When bib mentioned that through hanging, you will see your penis transform into a penis that you will not even recognize all I thought to myself was “you mean your penis will just look bigger” but the way my penis is heading, I can understand what he means now.

Day 24

Update
- So I now know that my penis is definitely growing because two nights ago my girlfriend and I had sex (which this happens to be my rest day) and last night when I did my morning/evening routine, my girlfriend was feeling horny and wanted a repeat from the night before. So after when I finished my evening routine and showered, I came out of the shower and I was feeling pretty fatigued from the evening penis session so I figured I can just make out with my girl and hopefully she is still horny for tomorrow night. Well instead I worked myself up and said “why not…?” So I did my normal moves and angles and the one position I know she feels my entire cock is in the missionary with her legs over my shoulder. I began my entry but she was quick to respond “Not so deep…” while using her hands to hold me back. At this point I was like “Wtf? We did this last night, what changed?” (all in my mind of course) She then goes on to saying that I’m hitting a spot that is new and uncomfortable so she just needs to adjust and that I should take it very slow.
- So today, I’m convinced that the hanging routine/Jelq is definitely is helping me make some gains.

Current Routine

Morning
*Rice Sock Warm Up (5 - 10 Minutes)
*Sitting or Standing hang 7.25 LBs for 30 - 60 minutes for 1 set sometimes with heated rice sock (This is dependant on my time when I wake up and how much time I have to be able to get any sets in)
*5 - 10 minutes Jelq
*Silicone sleeve at the base of the penis as an anti-turtling (I will be switching back to the TLC when it gets colder so I can wear some pants since my shorts will reveal my device)

Evening
*Rice Sock warm up (2 - 5 minutes) -
*Sitting or standing hang 7.25 LBs for 20 - 1HR
*5 - 7 Minutes Jelq (Only if I missed the morning jelq)

Rest Days
- I determine this only by how my penis feels and if I lose morning wood the following morning after my evening session. If I lose my morning wood then that day will be my rest day. If I continue to get morning wood then I continue with my schedule routine so in the back of my mind, I’m prepared to hang everyday.

My goal is to eventually be able to hang 2 - 3 hours per day with a split session and considering that I work 80 hours per week, its looking difficult so there will be days where I will be able to hang for 4 hours to make up for the deficit in the week. I’m not really focused on increasing weight until I’m able to hang for those complete hours throughout the week. I will be adding the DMSO + Iodine + PABA on my days of rest or at the tail end of my morning session to aid in recovery. I’m honestly excited to see what my new measurements are going to be in 6 days.

Day 30

Update

The terrible sad truth on my 30 day routine was that it did not yield any gains. I’ve contacted the creators of the hanger to see where I can optimize my efforts. The one positive thing to take away is that he mentioned that at the end of my session, my penis should feel sore mid shaft and that soreness becomes more evident if I perform manual stretches. Good news, I do feel that and after reading some other thread that Bib made serious gains at the 20 LB mark but it took him a long time to work up to that weight.

What to do at this point
- So I either gradually increase weight like I’ve been doing (1.5LBs per 2 weeks)
- Or try to squeeze out more hang time (work 80 hours per week, 4 days weight train) so the only way I can made more time is lose sleep
- I will be staying on course up until 20 LBs with the current hang time and if do not yield any gains from that weight then I will call it a dud option for myself. This will probably take me 16 weeks to get up to 20.5 LBs from my current weight. I’m honestly hoping to hit a fatigue point in the weight increase that I’m suppose to be feeling. I’m not excited at all to come close to 20 LBs because I want to stretch my penis not weight train with it.

Positive things about this routine
- So although I’m not happy with the lack of gains from the past 30 days, I would like to assume that its because I haven’t hit the weight that my penis needs in order to start yielding any gains. So I would like to think of it as a warm up for the real gains to come.
- My flaccid hang lower and its more noticeable after each hanging session.
- Hanging has given me that feeling that I know I’m stretching my ligaments versus manual stretching

Day 37

Update
- Developed a blister and I’ve now popped it and HOLY does water ever sting on the penis gland.
- I will taking a break until my blister heals
- I’ve hanged to the point where I do not feel the fatigue anymore but will hang for 5 more days with current weight/time

Day 44

- Blister is healing but attempted to jelq and up to 3.5 minutes, the blister area started to form a ring like bruise. I will continue to let the blister heal while I look forward to the day I can start my routine again. The effected area is now discoloured and members have reported that it will eventually fade but I’m more concerned about re-injuring the blister. It may look like Day 50 that I will be back on track.

Day 47

Update
- Blister has healed but left a discoloured mark (lighter pink then compared to the rest of the tip of the gland.
- Tested out 10 minutes of LG hanger sitting SD hang - No bruising at the blister mark
- So continued to hang for 30 minutes at 8.5 LBs and was confused if there was a slight pinch on the blister or on the entire shaft. Checked after 30 minutes, no bruise so good signs.
- I will be going back on my usual routine but next week will be going for 10 LBs, brand new 30 days starting next week at the new weight.

Day 70

Update
- After 3 blisters (all of which were separate occasions) I’ve finally found what has worked for me.

Cause of Blisters

Blister #1 - Had increase the weight from 8.5LBs to 10LBs and it was my first water blister so I’ve popped it and HOLY MOTHER F***** did water ever hurt like hell. I was on a lot of Probiotics to keep my immune system good and to make sure that I don’t get an infections. I’m uncut so the blister formed just where the foreskin sits on. Meaning half of the blister is exposed to the air while the other half was tucked inside the foreskin. After a few days, I noticed that it was not healing as quickly as I thought so I assumed that the moisture of foreskin is what is causing the delay in healing so I grabbed a silicone sleeve, and snipped an inch in length and wrapped it just underneath the gland. So I wore this during the day and at night and wow it worked like a charm. New skin formed and dried and made a crust like surface so at this point I didn’t need the silicone sleeve but I noticed that my flaccid was longer because it acted as a way of keeping my penis from turtling so I made it permanent.

Blister #2 - Went back into the LG Hanger with a different wrap method with a silicone cap. My gland was not visible so I was not able to monitor my hanging session so I kept the hanging session short to 15 minutes but after the first set, another blistered form but on the other side of the gland. I already knew what to do and used my silicone sleeve and this time I recovered a lot more quickly.

Blister #3 - Got back into LG Hanger with lighter weight at 8.5LBS with the silicone cap and same wrapping method (at this point I assumed it was the heavier weight) after the first session, a blistered form on the first blister where it was healed. At this point I thought my Karma was catching up to me because who the F*** forms 3 blisters within such a short time? Anyways back to the healing drawing board again.

New Plan Of Action

- So at this point, after healing from my blisters, I assume that I have to recondition my skin on my gland so not only I went back down to 6.5LBs but I also included the Bathmate pump for 5 minutes at the end of my hanging session. So after about 1 week of this, I’m back up to 10LBS with just 1 session anywhere between 20 mins to 40 mins depending on how I feel. So far, no blisters. I now use the microfoam tape on the tip of my glands and really pump up the LG Hanger cap because I know using a silicone cap for my gland is not going to work for me as I can feel my penis slip out of the cap if I go beyond the 10 LBs.

Lack of Gains Anxiety

- The reason why I was rushing to get to the 10 LBs is because it felt like my penis ligaments were feeling a real stretch even at the SD angle. Compound that with the BTC and WOW. Anyways, at this point it feels like I’m back on track to making some gains but I will continue to use the Bathmate to condition the gland of my penis as I progress with my hanging routine.
