I did the second part of my routine tonight. I had a long day and I am finally getting the opportunity to do the remainder of my routine. I’ve noticed that since I’ve stopped jelqing I’ve had more PI’s than previously. My flaccid hang is fuller, heavier and thicker. My ejaculations have more volume like when I first started PE. I guess maybe I was overtraining when I was jelqing, but it did produce great results so I am not sure.

So I am doing the hanging portion of my routine right now. Today is the first day I am increasing the weight. I am going up 2 1/2lbs for the first to sets hoping to cause fatigue, then I will drop the 2 1/2lbs for the remainder of my sets. I have been reading about cooling down and I think that healing in the extended state by use of an ice or so while in the last 5 is a good concept. I am going to try this for a month and see how I like it. I’m just not to sure how I will feel about putting something cold on my dick. Meanwhile, I guess I had some bad luck. Some of my supplements for body building leaked out and now I can’t utilize them. Therefor I am on a mission today to find some more supplements. My show is in 2 months and this sets me back hopefully only a week. Oh and my sleeping schedule is all fucked up, but thats nothing new.

I am doing the second part of my routine. I said before how my sleeping schedule was all messed up and I just woke up. I fell asleep around noon and I can’t get on a good sleeping schedule. This shit is driving me crazy. I wasn’t able to do all my hanging sets today. I reached fatigue at the 6th set and I am still having problems with circulation. It seems no matter what I do, I can’t get good circulation.

Today I had work and I didn’t get a chance to PE, but I did wear my ADS so far for 3 hours. I’m planning on going to the gym, but I’m extremely tired. If I can stay awake for a few more hours I’ll be good and I think my sleeping schedule will be finally on regulated. I think I am going through a phase where I am not believing in PE since I haven’t measured in a while, but I can tell I’m larger than before. I guess it’s just something everyone goes through at some point. I’m sure it will pass, but I have no intentions of stopping my PE routine. I’m sure once I measure I will feel better about PE’ing. I think the hanging has been working and I do believe I’m larger. Only time will tell and I don’t measure till the 15th of July. We will see.

Well I am doing the hanging portion of my routine right now. I guess I am getting to the work part of PE. I was able to gain pretty well in the beginning and now it since the gains have slowed, I have to push through this facet of PE and continue on with my quest for both my short and long term goals. I do have every intention of sticking with this regardless of my temporary mental state. I do believe that PE works otherwise I’m sure I would have quit by now. So far, for me, the hardest part of hanging is making sure there is proper circulation. I just don’t always get the proper circulation or I have an obscured perception of how the head is supposed to be. I don’t experience any numbness, but it does get cool and discolored. The color returns as soon as I relieve the pressure from the hanger. I have experienced more PI’s since I’ve started hanging. My morning erections are back, the volume of my ejaculation is more and the the trajectory is also better. Last time I did my hanging routine I was only able to do 6 sets. For the first 3 I increased the weight and I did feel fatigue by the third set. So I decreased the weight and performed 3 more sets. Once I complete my hanging today I will post how many sets I was able to complete.

I was able to do all 8 sets today. I am wearing my traction device today for a few hours hopefully. I am going to try to continue wearing my traction device on days I exercise if I can. Days I can’t wear it I will wear my ADS. On another note, earlier today I got a call from a girl whom I messed around with occasionally. Well now she has a boyfriend and wants me to respect that she has a boyfriend. Well she makes it a little hard to do that especially when she is sucking my dick even though she has a boyfriend and knows I have a girlfriend. Now she wants to have this holy spirit attitude and that she is in love and wants to marry this guy, but not to long ago she was sucking my dick while my girlfriend was on her way over. I just can’t stand people like that. People who want to act like their past doesn’t say anything about them. I understand people want to change, but you can’t change a part of you and expect the rest not to matter. Late last night I got a call from this stripper I know and she wanted to come over. Just recently I FINALLY regulated my sleeping pattern and I was falling asleep around 10:30 and waking up around 6:15 so for her to call me, I knew that it was not going to keep me in that pattern. So, I decided to tell her to come over. She came over and we fucked all night and morning. After the first time, she was walking to the bathroom and turned around and said “wow, your fucking big”. I smiled from ear to ear. During the second session she told me she liked to be fucked rough so I started to be rough. She looked at me and told me “I can take it, I can take anything you give me” so I positioned her in such a way that would allow me to get better penetration. With stories like that, you can understand my quest for girth, lol. Regulating the sleep pattern has been screwing over my routine for at least a week now. I hate it.

I wore my ADS for about 9 hours total today. Tomorrow I will hang as soon as I get home and use my traction device for the remainder of the day if possible. I have something to do tomorrow so I doubt I will be able to use the traction device all day. Also I met a girl today, she was a beautiful, young, little blonde with sparkling blue eyes. She gave me her number and asked me to call her. So tomorrow night I am planning on calling her and setting up a time to do something possibly.

I have started my hanging routine this morning and it is feeling good. I am going to be able to do all 8 sets today, I think. The weight is feeling good. I am at 7 1/2lbs for the first three sets then I drop to 5lbs. Lately I’ve noticed bigger flaccid length, heavier, fuller over all. I’ve really experienced better PI’s since I’ve started hanging and stopped jelqing. I think I was over training when I was jelqing, so when I go back to jelqing I will decrease the intensity and duration.

I believe this was my 11th day of hanging. I’ve been doing it since the 19th of last month I believe and I am enjoying the way it feels. Today, after I did my hanging routine I really did absolutely nothing but sit around and watch tv while wearing my traction device. I’ve been wearing it today for at least 5 hours and I doubt I’m going out tonight so I hope I will be able to wear it longer.

This is my 12th hanging session. I am doing 7 1/2lbs for the first three sets then I will be reducing the weight to 5 lbs for the remaining sets. I have been wearing my traction device on days I’ve been hanging and my ADS on days I haven’t been exercising. I am hoping that a continual use of these devices will allow me to gain exponentially. I’ve noticed how since I’ve started PE’ing I’ve received more compliments from girls about my size. I am hoping that one day when I do reach my lifetime goal I will be satisfied. Well when that day comes I’ll see how I feel, but till then I will continue on my quest for the elusive 9x6. I’m not sure if I will be able to use my traction device today as long as I have been. My son is coming over in a few hours and so is a friend of mine. I guess I can wear my ADS today.
