PE day 13: Newbie routine still. Measured earlier. My EBPL is 7.25 so I am hoping to get back to my size of 7.75 and then some and I still feel some tightness on the sides at the base. I am trying to wear my statcic stretcher more along with my ADS. It’s just difficult right now because my schedule is hectic.

Off day. Wore vac extender for 4 hours so far. I really like wearing this because I feel it gives me a better stretch than the strap type. I feel more extension.
